This is a great tropical smoothie, it’s clean. The people are nice and it’s healthier food. I like to get half the amount of sugar. Are the perfect all the time? No but 9/10 times it’s fine and if not they fix it with a smile✌🏽🌱

The food is good for a decent price. There's an offer for a free smoothie if you join their rewards but the fine print is lacking that says you have to wait 24 hours after a purchase. (Not really free then) Not worth being a Karen about however, and a HUGE shout out the Bella for the excellent customer service. (Which is increasingly rare these days)

Today I walked in to get a wrap and a smoothie my wrap was drenched so much with buffalo sauce it fell apart and I could not enjoy it . It was extremely soggy very disappointed

Bad Atmosphere, Bad Customer Service, Worst Smoothie Ever! From the beginning, the worker was rude and didn’t want to take our order. I ordered a peanut paradise and it came out tasting nothing like it. It was all watered down, not enough peanut butter.

Not only was it clean the young black smoothie maker girl with braids made my smoothie amazing I usually don’t come to tropical smoothie because I don’t want my smoothie watered down but today was wonderful
