Tropical Smoothie hasn't changed much in its aesthetic... the smoothies are fine but filled with highly processed dried fruits and powder to cut costs... That makes for a very overly flavorful and sweet drink but with very little health benefits compared to using fresh fruits and ingredients. The service here was great, very friendly staff and helpful with the menu, quick service and a huge smoothie for the price (6.99). - overall, for a fruity flavorful milkshake or a good breakfast wrap, this is the place to go... for something healthy with a lot less fats and sugars, there're a few locally operated smoothie bars less than half a mile around from here that use fresh fruit, milk alternatives, natural protein powders and natural flavorings like fresh real cacao.!!! - Enjoy ...

No Coconut was specified on the Drink, My Drink has not only coconut in the drink but also what appears to be rocks or shells I'm not sure... Tried contacted Customer Support and there's no help. having coconut allergy and almost breaking my teeth is a crazy way to start you day.

The food is good for a decent price. There's an offer for a free smoothie if you join their rewards but the fine print is lacking that says you have to wait 24 hours after a purchase. (Not really free then) Not worth being a Karen about however, and a HUGE shout out the Bella for the excellent customer service. (Which is increasingly rare these days)

Today I walked in to get a wrap and a smoothie my wrap was drenched so much with buffalo sauce it fell apart and I could not enjoy it . It was extremely soggy very disappointed
