Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Came for the free smoothie, stayed for the staff. Sophia was great and she had every order memorized, it was super impressive. Best employee i’ve ever met!!

The food was excellent and made to order! The service was a bit slow but everything else was as expected. The place is kind of hard to find, is on the side of a building. I ordered the Thai Chicken Salad and I really love the Thai peanut dressing! I paired that with a green detox smoothie. Yummy!!

I ordered a sunrise sunset, (which tasted off), a lil blimey, (which tasted fine), and a cheese quesadilla (which was hard as a rock and very thin as if it had no cheese in it at all).

lacroix esque smoothie. it was so diluted. i could barely taste any flavor. i love blimey limey smoothie not essence of. i don’t know how my smoothie was messed up that badly. like seriously not exaggerating it tasted like no sugar flavored water. the wrap i got was good

Would be nice if they blended their smoothies. Nothing more annoying than sucking straight peanut butter through the world's thinnest straw

Edit: they sent me a $6 coupon for my bad review???? Im not going back!!! Straight to the trash! Not a manager called me or even offered an apology in the mail. Marketing - do better!After waiting 10 minutes after checking in on the app for curbside, I call them, and they do not offer curbside. A call when I placed the order, when the order was ready or when I checked in the app should have taken place before me calling them. I asked for them to cancel my order because I wasn’t going to walk in to accept my now cold quesadilla because of their lack of communication.

I have been here 4 times and I have to say that since the first visit, Jay and his team are awesome. There's no question asked that's left unanswered. Everyone is willing to serve and it's obvious they enjoy their job and more obvious that they do it great. I visit with my Sevice dog and Best friend and we both enjoy our Smothies. Thanks guys for great service.

I’m only bothering to leave a review because of how disappointed I am. I’ve had tropical smoothie mocha madness in several different states. But this was by far the worst one I have ever had.It was literally chocolate flavored ice that I couldn’t even use a straw with. They didn’t even bother to blend the smoothie which is what they are known for making. Probably wouldn’t have added less than 30 seconds to the prep but made a world of difference for me and the money I wasted. I regret this purchase and this tropical smoothie is in the running for the worst one in America as far as I am concerned.

Worst food ever. I paid for a wrap and got a piece of bread and 2 small pieces of grilled chicken. The phone don’t even work so u can’t even call

I ordered the Detox Island Green, and it tasted like water with ginger. Disappointing.

I got their Caribbean chicken wrap (w/ kale apple slaw) and mocha madness. I would say their meal proportion was a bit on the small side but tasted great. Their drink was pretty solid and filling.
