I tried calling this location to place an order and when the person answered all I could hear on the phone was super loud rap(?) music. I stated that all I heard was the music but the person didn’t bother turning it down so we could hear each other, instead they hung up on me. They just lost a customer. Very disappointing.

I placed a mobile order at 7:20 pm because the app said they close at 8 pm. I pulled up at 7:40 pm and the location was pitch black/locked with an “open” sign on the door ?

The music was way too loud. You could not even hear sitting talking to friends. It’s ruined my meal. I think under new management and a few of the newbies need to go ! Wasn’t a great dining

The smoothie was blended too perfection and not soupy or watery like some other locations. Staff could be a bit more hospitable but overall I would return to this location. The food was prepared well and ready within minutes.

I’ll just be direct, I was completely shocked when I saw the price exactly 5 dollars more and reserved a child size drink I ordered the larger size $19.95 for a Caribbean j**** chicken, and a smoothie. then when I approached the people and tried to get an explanation of why the price was so high, but such a small drink they argue, so I just asked for my money back and went to a different location. I do enjoy the tropical smoothie approximately once a week in different locations around the area. I’ll never be back to this one.

The southwest chicken wrap is to die for and the green smoothie is very delicious. The only negative for me is that I would rather drive to huntclub location 20 minutes away verses the one 5 minutes away because the wrap and smoothie had no flavor like the one I got from Hunt club and I was hoping for the same experience I had before.

Went for a healthier option for a workday lunch downtown, wraps over tacos this time. The Thai Chicken Wrap was decent, good sweet-savory nutty sauce, otherwise a little bland. Chicken Caesar Wrap was exactly as expected, and chicken somewhat dry. Fruit smoothies are refreshing and nice.

The store definitely seems cleaner than the last few times I’ve went. Glad they have better staffing as well, the workers before were very unhelpful. But I don’t understand their food choices? I feel like a Berry bowl makes more sense than the options they have which aren’t even that great.
