DO NOT come here!! Drove all the way here at 8:00 pm, website said they close at 9:00pm yet they were closed at 8:00pm!! Doors were locked and it was completely dark! Lady did not let us in. Completely unacceptable to close early because you don’t want to work.

I don't know what is going on at this location but service has become awful. Staff doesn't greet you, they just stand talking to each other while you're at counter waiting and don't communicate well.

Service for the team who was preparing my Smoothie was rude and unpleasant.
I requested for less water so I can taste the flavors and she rudely told me she follows a recipe and turns out.
Never again I will visit this location.

I come into this location the most since I moved here . When management is present they are kind and greet you . Whenever they are not they just look at you and stare . No words no greeting no asking if they can help. I stood there for 4 minutes with one girl looking at me continually and 2 more walked away. It took the girl to come from the back to ask me if I was picking up an order to get acknowledged. Everything is always fine food wise . But the customer service really sucks !
I have observed this a few times but today took the cake . Hopefully management sees this and can get to the bottom of it . This is ridiculous.
Always love this place. Fresh fruit smoothies and the consistency is the best. I always know what to expect from them.
I’m done with Tropical smoothie and taking my business to smoothie kings.
The manager on duty tonight rudely demanded that I be charged twice for asking for a side of peanut butter.
After I paid the extra peanut butter fee through the app on my açaí bowl.
If you look at my account with them, I’ve spent over $1k with this company in the past year.
If the option presents itself I always tip so to be treated like this is extremely unfortunate.
I highly recommend that the leadership for this company sends her to training on customer service.
Love the food and healthy options here.
I always enjoy grabbing quick eats at tropical smoothie cafe!! This isn’t my usual location but I was out of town, did not disappoint!

How do yall not have raspberries. My bf dragged me here , I wanted planet smoothie it's better. Yall have nothing I wanted it was sad. The smoothie I got was good I guess but I was heartbroken by the lack of options, yall don't even have orange sherbet. Was quick though. Slay

NOT a drive thru, it’s very annoying to have driven out of my way due to Google saying it was.
Ordered a wrap and a smoothie, while waiting for the wrap the lady that was making the wrap asked the cashier if I had tipped. I had left the minimum but what would she have done if I had not? there is no reason to ask this while you are making the food.

Very poor service at this location. Recently went due to receiving reward gift from phone carrier. The team member did not know how to assist me with honoring the reward voucher and then called over the supervisor for assistance. The supervisor had a very apathetic attitude towards the app giving problems and said “well you’re not the only one this has happened to today”. Knowing this information and seeing it happen to others you would think she would still honor the coupon. She just stood there and stared at me blankly after. I asked her if she was still going to honor the voucher because it still had 5 hours left to be redeemed and she blankly stared and me and said “NO”. I was in complete disbelief because one this was coming from the “supervisor” and I did plan to order something else. The customer service was completely horrible and seeing her reaction definitely made me not want to spend one penny at this location. Thankfully, I went to the other nearest location and they gave me the service that a customer is suppose to receive at an establishment. They honored the voucher (even with the app still having problems as it did at this location) and the team member also explained other customers had the same experience with the app at this location also. They continued to treat their customers the right way and I placed the rest of my order! It’s an inconvenience that I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to another location, but I will definitely do it again to receive better service than I did at this location. Completely unacceptable especially being in Lake Nona! Also, please teach your management team management skills because there’s a lack of that skill present.
