I got the chia oatmeal pudding and it was delicious! I added peanut butter and the quantity was perfect. The place is very nice. The only thing is that the cashier was not very kind, but the staff who delivered my order was friendly :)

Big fan of tropical smoothie cafe however I disliked that the machine at checkout tries to automatically add 15% tip. Tipping for a counter based food service is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Pay your employees better and make tipping more of an option. I was able to change the tip amount to 0 because I was paying attention but if you don’t (like I’m sure many don’t) be prepared to see a tip automatically added to your receipt.

Their snickerdoodle cookie was fantastic. I had the kiwi strawberry yogurt smoothie, which was personally a little too sweet but excellently made and super quick!

This place seems to always be packed. I would recommend ordering on the app. It can be kinda hard to get the worker's attention when picking up, but they'll hand you your smoothie in less than 5min on a busy hour.

This location has better service when the manager is working. Without him, the employees aren't the best. There were times employees charged $0.99 for free substitutes, so look out for that. Also, today an employee whispered my name when my smoothie was ready. Then just placed the smoothie on the counter and walked away.

Teenagers running this place with 0 customer service attitude. Smoothie flavor was blah! My daughters and friend ordered online, waited for smoothies to get ready, after a while they asked and the employee had the smoothies siting on their counter waiting and no appologies
