Absolutely a blight on such a wonderful hotel. Removing the free water from the Freestyle machines so you are forced to buy a cup? Seriously with the prices paid to stay at this resort, you should be ashamed. Food prices higher than any other property. Service from the employees is robotic and cold. Royal Pacific should Seriously think about rebranding this part of their business.

This place is a great way to get a healthy breakfast on vacation, they offer protein shakes and Greek yogurt. Prices weren't good, but are the best you'll find here. Staff was really friendly and if you're staying at the royal pacific, would highly recommend for a fast and healthy breakfast.

Can’t get a freestyle drink unless you pay for an expensive 16oz souvenir cup, they market as refillable. However, this souvenir cup can only be refilled in the one location in this lobby “store”. So you’re paying for a small refillable souvenir cup, but have to keep walking all the way back to the lobby to fill it up. If you add any ice at all to your drink, it will take you no time to finish it. You can’t refill it within 10 minutes.
In addition, you have to pay for 1 day, 3 days, or whole trip. Each tier is more and more expensive. If you pay for the one day, at 7pm, that’s $15!!!
This place is a joke.

It's fascinating what others expect out of a hotel lobby quick-serve shopette. Better ones exist, but this is far from the worst. The cold case items were decent. I had the Italian sub and turkey/havarti and both were way better than gas station quality, but not quite gourmet, so exactly what I'd expect. Also had a sweetened iced black tea and chai tea latte that tasted exactly like the giant chain they "proudly serve". Rocher and vanilla ice cream were both solid and I'd have them again. The beef bulgogi and jasmine rice were fine. Large beef chunks and decent sauce... definitely not bulgogi, but edible at 10pm. There's a decent but limited selection of packaged snacks, drinks, and a small number of 21+ options. Prices are inflated because you're at a resort, and you should have planned accordingly. Staff do their best to be quick and efficient because of the insane number of people that constantly filter through. 4/5 because it serves its purpose, is clean, no one was rude, and the food was edible. -1 because the setup is a bit weird and the line that forms makes it hard to not elbow Diane and her entire brood while browsing. If you want tastier stuff, better options, and a personal touch, go to one of the actual restaurants on-site or take the water taxi to CityWalk.

Nice little market on main level of Loew’s Royal Pacific Resort. They also make hot foods.

This hotel convenience store is oddly laid out and the staff working the early morning I stopped by for coffee and to-go breakfast sandwiches was not exactly eager to help me out.

Dietary restrictions: No one could provide allergy information regarding the prepared breakfast sandwiches.

If you have a food allery DO NOT get food from here. The staff doesn't know what the products are and they seem to just make things up to appease the customer. I was told 2 times that an item doesn't have nuts when peanut butter was a main ingredient.

Luckily I smelled the food before tasting it. I really do not want to die on vacation due to poorly trained staff.

Employees avoid the customer. Great wok items, but the employees were not promoting it and did not fire up the stoves - you didn’t feel like you could ask for them. Our cashier overcharged us items, so watch your tickets.
