I have been to this location a few times with no problems other than a minor wait from time to time. I stopped here the other night and was the only car in the drive thru. The girl was very friendly at the window and we chatted for a minute before she disappeared. A guy cane to the window a minute or so later and asked me what I had ordered again. Like a good 5 minutes or more goes by and I'm still waiting. I'm wondering what is taking so long because as I mentioned I was the only car there. I had ordered a reeses cup twirl. The guy finally comes to the window after a ridiculously long time and hands me a reeses pieces twirls...not what I ordered. So I told him, hey I ordered the cups not the pieces this isn't what I ordered. With no manners or apology he hands me the one I didn't order says I can just keep it and closes the window. The original girl comes back a minute or two later nd hands me the correct order with no apology or sorry for the wait or understanding. Makes me not want to visit this location again. I feel bad for the 6 cars that were stuff waiting that cane after me to get ice cream.

Luis, Diego and Alex are always so upbeat and professional. I go once a week with my little shitzu puppy. We get a medium twirl and a pup cup. She knows when we're pulling up to this order kiosk there's a treat coming. In a time when it's very difficult to get people to work in food service. I really enjoy the engagement at the SoDo Twistee Treat.
