After seeing this place on tik tok I knew I needed to try it out. Between the novelty of the conveyor belt and the robots I was very excited. I'm the end the robot only really led us to our table when I was hoping we would have more interaction with it. I was extremely hungry when I arrived so the food tasted so good at the start, especially some of the seafood, but after a while it just lost its appeal even though I still felt like I wasn't full yet.

I live across the street from this restaurant. When I called for delivery at 1:00pm they gave me dinner pricing. After 1 hour and 10 minutes still no delivery. I called and they placed me on hold for 7 minutes. I called another Chinese restaurant and ordered delivery. They showed up before UandMe. SMH. Do not order from this place.

I have never been disappointed with their politeness, promptness, and over quality of food. I have been ordering from U&Me for almost 5 years, and I refuse to eat from another chinese food place after several have been lacking by comparison. My girlfriend would be mad I only order chinese food from here, but she loves it too. If i ever move out of delivery range, i am gonna end up putting miles on my car to keep getting food from here.

Menu is incorrect. My favorite menu items were the sushi. Sushi was removed during the pandemic. When ordering on their website and on food delivery sites they still have the sushi listed.

I've placed an order for delivery online within a minute they had canceled. I called to figure out why! they said that my house address was more 7 miles way and they only deliver up to 4.5 miles. I looked up their address they are 3.9 miles away from me less than 4 miles away from me.I am never ordering them from them again. giving their rude customer service and no actual explanation on why they cancelled my order.
Disgusting food and even worse service! Avoid this place for your own good! Unfortunately I didn't listen to the numerous poor reviews and ended up with a cold, incorrect order. When I contacted them the manager said it was "my problem" and "call your bank if you want your money back" There are too many other options in the area to settle for this place

This place is ridiculous. The owner is rude and gave me the wrong order. He refused to correct the order. I have seen many comments on here saying how rude he was but had not witnesses it myself. I eat here twice a week and order food here for my coworkers at the hospital but I will never ever come back again.

We ordered dinner from our hotel from this restaurant. It is a Saturday night, around 6pm. They have a convenient online ordering system that made our order super simple. Delivery charge is $1. The food arrived about 35 minutes later, piping hot, with plates and forks to go with it. There was lots of food, and chicken was large and perfectly cooked. The spring rolls and crab ragoons were super yummy. The delivery guy even brought it to our room, which was super nice of him. When in Orlando, we will def order from here again.
