The receptionist was unwelcoming. The meat that they have is frozen and some do not look appetizing. The sausage was stale and un edible. The person who wanted to clean literally kicked us out 😞
Not a pleasant experience at all.
I have been to other hot pot places which are way better than this place.

Every time visiting Orlando, I have to come to eat at this restaurant, it never disappoints me!
Variety of food choices, fresh and tasty! For $31 per person, you got a great choice of seafood along with good selection for side dishes!
Highly recommended for everyone in Orlando!

It's a very bad experience. The price has been increased by $35 per person. The meat is rarely fresh at first glance. There are basically no stir-fry. The fruits and mangoes are green, hard, not sweet and astringent. I don't recommend it. It's a very bad experience.

This hot pot location is one of the best and it’s right next to Disney Springs. I highly recommend this place. The food is always fresh the service is top notch and we just love the cute robot that takes us to our table.

Not a fancy place in a strip mall area but the food was good for the price.

My family and I have been coming here for years now and this is one of our absolute favorite hot pot places in the area. I know there are a lot of other places that do combo style (Hot pot, K-BBQ, Sushi), but I'm a big believer in doing one thing and one thing right. U & Me nails it, all of there broths are superb. My personal favorite is the Spicy Tom Yum, which is a perfect balance of spice and tang. They have an excellent selection of protein and sides for the broth. If you want something that is missing from the conveyor belt a server is more than happy to bring it directly to you if you ask. It's a small detail, but one of my favorite things about them is the dipping sauce customization. They have a plethora of great condiments to add to your dipping sauce to make it just the way you like. Pricing is reasonable for an AYCE buffet. The wait staff has always been professional and courteous every time we've been. Peanut and the other robots they have add some fun to the atmosphere. My only criticism is that some of the bigger dishes like crab legs can take a little bit to get re-filled. Aside from that U & Me has never really disappointed.

Absolutely love this place. $30 per person but amazing quality and service! We arrived at 7:30 PM with 9 in our party. Immediately seated. They added additional items like spring rolls since we were last here.

My absolute favorite hot pot spot. The original soup base is perfectly flavorful, the dumplings are not skimpy, the udon is the perfect texture, the meat is fresh, the sauce bar is underrated, the robot waiter that walks you to your table is adorable and the spot itself is pretty. Do not underestimate the spicy broth!!!! Decent price for an all you can eat, there are clear instructions and recommended cooking times for each item. Good variety of meats, vegetables, noodles, and add ins. Conveyer belt system so if you see something you want, grab it. Good assortment of drinks available. Good date spot but also great for big parties. Can’t wait to go back:)

We like Hot Pot style restaurants. This one, an AYCE Hot Pot did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and clean! They kept everything well stocked. The conveyor belt made it convenient to pull add-on ingredients like veggies & noodles. I also liked the pre-made items next to the sauce bar, just to add to your plate, and the fresh fruit bar! What I really liked was having my own individual soup pot and lots of room on the table to put my sauces & add-ins. The only thing I would add is maybe a double pot option for 2 broth choices, a ladle to capture the soup, and a full bar. That would make it over the top. This will be our "go-to" hot pot for Orlando and we come to the area often.

Parking: Plenty of parking options, although it can get full. If at all possible, approach the location heading southbound if you're on S. Apopka Vineland rd.

Not the best but not the worst hot pot. The crab legs were frozen solid.

This is so far one of my favorite places to go to for Hot pot, my son loves it as well. He's a toddler and the staff is always great, we always get really good service and anytime I have friends or family over in Florida I'd bring them over. My son loves the cat robot that brings over the ice cream and for his second birthday I told them that it was his birthday and it came singing the Happy Birthday song with the little candle on the ice cream, super cute.
