Most restaurants be like “our salad is vegan” and it’s always some floppy *ss lettuce and maybe red onions or tomatoes if you are lucky. THIS is a salad to a vegan… lettuce, red cabbage, quinoa, chick peas, tofu, falafel, walnuts, taco crispies, and vegan Caesar dressing. Don’t recommend a salad to a vegan at a restaurant unless it looks like this! 😉🤣🤣🤣

I built my own: 2 bases, 4 toppings, dressing. I got red cabbage and spring mix, feta, Parmesan, garbanzos and quinoa; plus vegan Caesar dressing. It tasted great!
(Last week, I got the falafels and loved them! Plus pesto dressing on spring mix, sunflower seeds, feta, and cherry tomatoes. So good!)
This food court is sort of loud. Aesthetically, it’s an odd, long dining area with a couple, walled in tiny places built in the middle of the seating, sort of.
Ugrean is not visible from the mall until you walk in and curve around toward the back. Unlike Natures Table, Ugrean displays the salad ingredients you can pick from.

Best lunch I’ve had so far in my 3 week stay at Disney. I was getting so sick of Disney food, and this salad bar was absolutely delicious - staff were helpful and the portion was huge and covered my lunch and dinner.

If you want to eat something at the mall that won't make you feel sluggish afterwards, check this place out. Most of the other food options in the dining pavilion are low quality and highly processed, greasy or overly sweet. At Ugrean they have smoothies with real ingredients, customizable salads and more. The salmon was fabulous, I added brown rice, dairy free dressing, avocado and cucumber. Very filling and delicious! This place is pricey just like the rest but still a great option if you're health conscious and hungry.
The vegan Cesar salad had plenty of protein and was quite filling. The large portion size left me with plenty of food.

Great portion sizes! Massive salad with lots of great ingredients that you can choose. Really great value for money. If you are vegan or plant based you will have no issues eating here. Delicious and fresh tasting. Service was friendly as well. We really enjoyed our meals.

An island of healthy eating! Fresh greens, brown rice, a huge selection of salad toppings. Looks like homemade food. I really liked the salmon. The service is excellent. Cheap enough. For the same portions of salad in a restaurant it costs three times more.

I recently visited this location and had an bad experience.
On the ordering screen, it was clearly stated that each additional protein had a price. The shrimp, would cost $7 per add-on. However, when my bill arrived, I was charged $17.99 for the shrimp. The staff member explained that because I chose chicken first, the shrimp was charged at full price.
At no point was this pricing structure disclosed on the screens, nor was it communicated to me during the ordering process. When I confronted the staff about the discrepancy, explaining that this was unfair and misleading since the information was not displayed, I was only offered an apology and no resolution.
This experience left me feeling deceived, as I made my choices based on the information provided on the screen, which was not accurate or complete. I kindly request clarification on your pricing policy and would appreciate if steps could be taken to ensure that future customers receive clear and accurate information about charges.
