I tried Latin Square today for the first time since I started working downtown and I must say I'm very glad I did! I got the chicken gumbo (SO delicious and comforting on a chilly windy day - especially if you like cilantro, which I do) and the Latin Square sandwich with roast pork. Everything I had was delicious and I have leftovers for later as well. The first thing that impressed me was the SMELL - when you open the door you smell all the garlic and latin spices and flavors and it instantly makes you hungry. The line was a little long at lunch, but they move through customers very quickly and efficiently. And all of the workers were very friendly and helpful. The platter portions with sides were very large and I'm sure would feed more than one person for lunch especially. I'll have to get something else next time, but I was very very happy with my first time and can't wait to go back!
Latin Square Cuisine is amazing! Their food is authentic and so yummy! We had the owner cater an event for us last minute and he came through as promised. All of our guests were very pleased with the Cuban food that was provided. I would recommend Latin Square Cuisine to anyone!

Latin Square had some great coffee options and breakfast options in the morning. There was definitely a crowd and line here, and understandably so. There were some excellent coffee options, including colada / Cuban coffee. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was made to order, but still was available quickly. The sandwich was very good, making this overall a very good coffee and breakfast option.
