Abysmal experience. Seated about 20 minutes past our reserved timing. Okay - things happen, not a big deal. Mostly empty tables outdoors. Our waiter ignored us multiple times when we were trying to order drinks. After waiting over 30 mins to get all our drinks, we decided to complain to the front about not getting any service. They also had no silverware available and gave us plastic utensils. After complaining to the front desk, our waiter decided he didn’t want to deal with us anymore, flat out ignored us when we tried to get his attention and punted us off to another waiter.
Our second waiter was wonderful and did what he could in that moment. I believe he was waiting on several tables indoors and suddenly had a larger table outdoors to deal with.

We received our food at 10:00pm, from an 8:30pm reservation. My food came out looking quite terrible and also did not come with everyone else’s, so an additional delay.

The attached photo is apparently cheese enchiladas. Both orders of enchiladas came without sauce even though I requested green sauce. I don’t eat meat, but they had no beans without pork so we could only have rice on its own which is bland.

An overall terrible and embarrassing experience. We had family from overseas with us and this was such a disastrous experience for us and them. We spoke to the manager who apologized profusely and sent us dessert to make up for it - much appreciated. Our second waiter also was very apologetic so we appreciate him.

I will not be returning. We’ve been here twice and both times we have had terrible service. You always want to give places a second chance, but I regret this decision.

Went here for our anniversary because we love the steak fajitas but was a little disappointed. Joe was an amazing server. Really tried to make our time enjoyable. But the food was subpar. The steak was overcooked from our request, sent it back and was finally made to our order. Advertised for happy hour but once arrived, only at the bar.

This was our first and last time coming here!

We arrived at 8:25. By 9:25 we started asking where was our food because we had to leave at 9:50 to get to a show. By 9:50 we still didn’t have our food. We were about to leave and they brought out the food in to go bags. We ended up only paying for and taking two meals. The other two didn’t even look appealing enough to take. We left at 10pm (we were late to our show). When we got home and warmed up the food, it tasted like trash! Never again!!!!

We definitely got Lay today. Lay took great care of us. The food and service was excellent. We had a margarita flight, tacos, nachos and enchiladas. Everything was perfect and the service was incredible!!

Love the vibe. Specifically Lay!! The excitement for the beginning to the end!!

See you soon!!

This was a phenomenal experience. Jeff was an amazing waiter. He was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He helped us to understand all of the different flavors and seasonings, And he really did a phenomenal job at making us feel welcomed at a restaurant we were never attended. His recommendations were absolutely lights out! You must go to Uncle Julios ‘s and you must ask for Jeff

Nice place. Very touristy area and very chain feeling but overall it was good and not too expensive for where it is. I see a lot of reviews about crappy food but we had six in our party and everyone said their food was good and flavorful. I had the carnitas fajitas and I thought they were very good. Service was good, a bit slow but they were very busy so considering that I think they did a fine job. I would go back for sure. We made advanced reservations so we had no wait.

Love this place. They closed the locations in Atlanta so whenever we come to Orlando it's a must stop. Over bartender Ryan was amazing!!!

Uncle Julio's is delish and such a chill atmosphere plus they have the best dessert ever... The Chocolate Pinata 🍫 🪅 and it's filled with 🍓 fruit 🍍, churros, and there's fresh whip cream. It's so yummy.

The food was well seasoned. The waitress was nice. The margaritas were amazing. My husband is not a fan of Tex mex but he enjoyed his steak tacos.

Uncle Julio’s did not disappoint! The tableside guacamole is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—so fresh, perfectly seasoned, and customized just the way you like it. It’s the kind of starter that sets the tone for the whole meal. And then there’s the showstopper: the famous chocolate piñata. Not only is it a blast to break open, but the spread of fresh fruit, churros, and dipping sauces makes it a dessert experience as much as a treat. Between the fun presentation and the unbeatable flavors, Uncle Julio’s makes every visit memorable.
