The food was so great. But since covid they didn't have to build your own pizza that was on the kids menu. But other than that to food was amazing and they gave us our food at a nice pace. Highly recommend for people who love pizza

Real deal Chicago Pizza!!!! A few miles from Disney without the Mickey Mouse prices! Airy crust and sweet sauce! The "thin crust" is Chicago thin so don't be confused! Friendly service!

Long wait time during busy hours so if you can reserve a table, be sure to do so.-Menu is limited and doesn't match what is online. Food is mediocre at best. Very under seasoned!-Bar & waiter service are Excellent!

I loved it! We made our own pizzas and it was awesome. The pizza was the best I've had in a long time!! You could see Disney from the view!

The restaurant wait time in this area was insane, but this restaurant was actually a very decent wait time. Only 20 mins! Definitely great,(compared to your 2+ hour waits). The food was amazing and the steaks were cooked to perfection. It was so good we started eating our dishes, before I snapped some pictures. The waitress was very nice, fast and friendly. One thing I didn't like was the drinks.(soda and lemonade) flat and tasted like powered drink mix and tap water. That's the only thing I'd suggest changing. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you

We were excited to try Uno's while visiting Orlando based on the Chicago original pizza. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and cheesy garlic bread. My children ordered 2 thin crust pizzas: extra pepperoni and meat lovers. Hubby and I ordered steak and shrimp kabob. The best part of the meal was the cheese sticks. The pizza was very bland and somehow had no flavor. The kids ate 2 slices and left the rest. The steak was dry and not seasoned. The shrimp was ok although very dry. We left most of the meal for trash. We spent $110 on the meal and it was an absolute waste of money. We actually had to pick up dinner at the airport on our way out, because we were still hungry. Not sure how this place is so highly rated. I've had the frozen Uno's pizza and it was much better. The server was excellent which is where the 2 stars came from. The food was awful.

Service was not good. Took an hour to get our order. Order a deep dish, looked like it came off the kid's menu.

Love going to this place when in Orlando. The deep dish pizza is soooo yummy.

I am being over generous in giving this place a star. They deserve none.Made a terrible decision to visit this place on Tuesday. Upon arriving at 8:07 pm was told a 40 minute wait which was kind of expected. As the time elapsed and people departed few people were being seated. At 8:57pm when we finally got a seat the picture below is what the restaurant looked like. Dozens of free tables yet the waiting area jamming. It took until 9:10pm for the useless waiter to show up to inquire about drinks. 13 minutes you would have thought they were actually serving people. Again picture shows what the restaurant looked like at that time. We place the order for a deep dish pie, which having dined in the past usually takes some time. The pie was place at our table within 15 minutes of ordering which is quite fast. Surprise, it must of been sitting in the back because of how busy they were or the clueless waiter just forgot but the pizza was ice cold.Ok, the manager attempted to salvage the disastrous night by offering salads and a new pie. Great.Absolutely insane that it took 2 hours for pizza when the busiest part of the restaurant was the waiting area. This place is like the old days at the bakery, you had to wait for your number and were served one by one.Avoid a headache and losing your appetite.

The pizza looked amazing on the website. I paid $54 for a deep dish, a thin crust and chicken quesadillas. All 3 drier than the Sahara. Little Ceaser's $5 dollar pizzas are better. I really want my money back. Vacationers beware. They don't offer garlic butter sauce, it's a shame because if the food wasn't so dry, it would be a decent meal.

Ordered meals for me and my kids we were vacationing. Got there to pick up curbside. The number you dial to get your curbside order to your car never picks up it's busy. I go in to get my order which is supposed to be ready. Wait about 20 mins because I see they are busy. When the lady finally gets to me, she tells me it will be 5 to 10 mins till I get my food. Get my food in 10 mins drive all the way to hotel and order is wrong they just gave my kid a Caesar salad with lettuce only. No chicken and the receipt has chicken on it. And no cutlery and we put cutlery on receipt too. I tried to call them to report issue!!. Same busy signal. Never again and can not refer this place!!!
