Took my order - Gave me the bill. That was the extent of service. Asked for a side of Horseradish Sauce when I ordered, asked again for it when my order came out. Never got it. It was a very impersonal experience for the price. The good looking women next to me got a lot of personal attention however. It was rather overtly obvious.

Small place but great flatbread and beer!! We got Margherita and sweet heat. Four stars because our second flatbread was supposed to have arugula but they didn’t have any (changing the menu) and we weren’t alerted when we ordered. Otherwise, food came out fast and was tasty. It is expensive but that’s the airport for you. Solid place to eat/chill before your flight.

WORST AIRPORT BAR I HAVE EVER GONE TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bartender Georgia was so rude. I witnessed her be super rude to a client that was waiting patiently for her. When Georgia came back to the bar, she yelled at the customer telling her that she needed to move. It was so unprofessional and not the best way to treat customers. You should not have people like this working at a bar especially when it's at the airport. Also another thing she did was when the customer walked away after Georgia told her she would not serve her, Georgia started talking to the other clients about the entire situation, and she was speaking very horribly about the customer saying that maybe she should learn how to read and a ton of other stuff, trying to get validation from the other customers. This is highly unprofessional.

I sat at the bar when the cashier next door told me the bartender would be back because there was no one there. I sat there and waited patiently. When Georgia finally came back after like 6 minutes she proceeded to tell me and my friend that we could not sit where we were. I was confused and thought she though we weren’t buying drinks and I told her that were were buying drinks. She proceeded to rudely yell at me and say that there was a sign there and that maybe I should follow instructions!! The sign was being covered by a candy rack and I tried to tell her that and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me it wasn’t covered even though she moved it herself when she came back !!! I explained that there were 2 seats there as well that I did not put there, that how was I supposed to know we couldn’t sit there. She said she can’t control what other people do and I said i understand that but maybe you should not be rude to customers. She proceeded to say she wasn’t going to serve us so I asked for a manager ! She said there was no manager so I insisted ! She said I can give them a call I said then give me the number ! She said I can get it from the cashier. And said she was an adult and could do what she wanted ! I went to the cashiers and asked for the managers number she gave it to me and I called the manager janixa who by the way was great. She came over and I explained the situation and told her to look at the cameras she apologized and gave me corporate number ! I will be calling because how can an establishment have such rude workers ! Especially at the airport !!! I’m really upset about this. Customer service should be the best !!!! Not horrible like this Georgia person !!!!! She needs to be removed and removed right away !!!!!!

The most horrible and RUDE bartender Georgia!!! She has been throwing things at the bar, giving dirty looks to the customers, refusing to serve people for no reason. It’s not my 1st time in this bar in MCO and she has always been a horrible, rude and not welcoming bartender ever. The rest of the people complained about her at the bar as well and asked her to be nicer next time. This job definitely not suits her. If she hates people that much maybe she better off working without people around her.
