The food was delicious, but the service was outstanding!! Sam went above and beyond and really helped our large group to have an amazing time. We had a last minute birthday celebration, and she was more than accommodating!! She even helped create a nom alcoholic drink that was amazing! Matt at the hostess stand was so pleasant and kind. I will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed lunch here while staying at the Hyatt Regency. Good service, nice atmosphere - was a little cold in the restaurant however. Ordered Mediterranean salad with chicken and fish tacos. Felt like the salad was a little pricey for what was received, but the flavors were good. Overall, still recommended.

Good location at pool side in Grand Hyatt but bad service. Visited for dinner . After serving order, Attendant did not bother to check if we need anything or would want to order more. After we finished eating the served food, I had to get up and go to look for attendant so that I can order main course. It was about 10.07 pm. I was told that now kitchen is closed so only limited menu items would be available. When I asked her why she did not check with us for last order before kitchen closing time, only response I got was “Sorry I got busy”. Unfortunately all other restaurants in hotel were also closed by then.

A 3.5. It’s a cool venue for fun, and meeting people. Has golf simulators, darts, tables for games. Service at the bar, by Luis was great. Great bartender. Service at the tables was ok. Good,pretends to be great but is not. The fried chicken on honey spicy sauce was an open sandwich with very salty chicken bites, breaded, and with large, too much, honey. The smashed burger was an extremely over salty piece of hard meat, with over salty fries. Our neighbor said the same. The only great part of our food was the fried yuca appetizer. If they put more attention to the food taste and quality this place could be a great one.

We had the opportunity to be in this place for work reasons during lunch. If you have a work meeting or just for an informal talk, it is the best place in these areas. The menu is not very extensive for lunch but it does the trick without any problem. We ordered the Smash Burger, the Open Faced Kalua pork sandwich, and the Fried Chicken sandwich. The portion is very generous and the flavor is quite good. We had to be at the bar and I think the service and food delivery could be points to improve. It is in the part that overlooks the pool and fountains in this hotel complex. This makes you feel quite comfortable and like you are on vacation. The cocktails are pretty good. I would have liked them to have a greater variety of draft beers. I highly recommend it if you and your guests want to have a good time.

Went there for a sudden private party arrangement, Natalie is great for onsite supports, her services are quick and correct. The atmosphere of Descend 21 is good and help attendees get closers, the food is good, and I like the sizzling shrimps, a bit spicy and delicious! ☺️
