Horrible customer service. I called to inquire about a birthday cake for my daughter. The person I spoke with seemed uninterested in my business and told me to send an email. I explained that my daughter had multiple life threatening food allergies and asked if I can go in person to discuss the cake I wanted. She kept telling me to send an email. I emailed and the first reply was a day in a half later when I was told they needed 48 hours. I responded and didn’t get a reply till the day before my daughter’s birthday only to tell me they couldn’t accommodate my request. Lousy service!! I’m glad I didn’t give them my business.

Valhalla Bakery offers a wide selection of donuts. The donuts themselves were all outstanding (my picture doesnt do them just) and they are squar so you get more than the traditional circle. Service was fast and friendly. I believe they serve Coffee Fox as well. Zero complaints, would absolutely return.

They're Molassas pumpkin spice cookie! Omfg! Little Debbie who? It gave me that childhood feeling of bighting into a huge lil debbie oatmeal creme cookie. You know a child's memory is usually a lot ore fantastical than the real item as an adult. But not this cookie! Omg thank you for the pure vegan MAGIC! Not to mention the Cookie Monster and keylime pie are always a huge win and even the non vegans in my family tear thru them like hyenas in an elephant graveyard ( get the lion king reference? Lol)

This sweet shop is so pretty and has a lot of options - which are all vegan! Lots of baked goods are hard to find without dairy or eggs, so I get very excited when I find places that I can enjoy fully! 10/10 !!!

I absolutely love all the pastries here. I've been vegan 3 years, cooking and baking a little bit along the way. Valhalla makes some top-notch pastries past the scope of my baking skills. I've enjoyed cakes (for 2 birthdays of mine), cookies, mouse (flower pot, its amazing), a vegan sausage roll, and more from Valhalla. 100% recommend.

I love this bakery. There are always many options and everything i have ever tried has been delicious. I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years, but I felt very compelled to leave a positive review after ordering a custom cake for my birthday! I was able to place the order within a week from the pickup date (every other place i have ordered a custom cake from has needed at least 2 weeks) and i gave them vague instructions with a reference photo and they NAILED. IT. totally blown away by how it came out!! The cake itself was sooo delicious. Perfectly dense as vegan cakes should be, and i got a lot out of it for $50!! (smallest size lambeth design). My bf picked it up and told me how kind the staff was to him when he got there, and when he went to buy me a marshmallow rice bar, they gave it to him for free for my birthday😄Safe to say ik where im getting my cake from next year lol!!
