Stopped eating animal and animal products a few years back, but that doesn’t mean that I still don’t enjoy the texture and familiarity of those tasteful dishes. The food here was absolutely fantastic! To be honest, I never thought I’d see the words “vegan” and “Cuban” in the same sentence, but they pulled it off beautifully. I didn’t miss the meat one bit — the dishes were hearty, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying.
