super cute, playlist was really good! i went there to study and the music was at a perfect volume and not distracting. the menu has a lot of options, i got the chicken salad & pesto panini and it was really good. the staff is also great!

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! The food and drinks are delicious and the staff is super friendly. When I told Sophie I wanted to try something new but had absolutely no idea what to get she took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes and introduced me to my new favorite drink. Their seasonal menus are always a hit too! I will forever recommend going to Vespr.

OMG OMG OMG! Now that I have your attention, I want to talk about something that doesn’t always get seen by customers: how the employees at Vespr are treated behind the scenes.
From what I’ve heard and witnessed over time, the owners might come off as sweet and caring at first, but that doesn’t seem to reflect how they manage their team. There was a period when the owners left the country for months, leaving the baristas to run the entire shop—yes, while still being paid minimum wage. They monitored the staff through security cameras and reportedly got upset over small mistakes, never offering a simple thank-you when they returned. Instead, they allegedly criticized everything that wasn’t done perfectly in their absence.
It’s also said that baristas were pushed into responsibilities way beyond their roles—like dealing with exterminators—without any prior notice or additional support. Another concerning issue is that employees have overheard the owners ranting about other staff members in front of them, creating an awkward and uncomfortable work environment.
If a customer made anyone feel unsafe or uncomfortable, it seems the staff were often left to handle the situation on their own, without any real backing. And if an employee tried to suggest improvements or offer creative input, it was often dismissed—or even met with suspicion, as if they were trying to take over the place. Ironically, there didn’t seem to be an issue trusting them to run the shop unsupervised for months.
Worst of all, it appears employees could be let go simply for standing up for each other. That kind of culture is incredibly disheartening, especially when the team is clearly working so hard to keep things running smoothly and make every customer feel welcome.
This isn’t a call to boycott the shop—but if you do visit Vespr, please be extra kind to the staff. They’re doing their best under a lot of pressure, and their smiles might be hiding more than you realize.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop! I have put so many hours here during finals. Best drink is their Spring special “Zen Garden” ube, matcha, earl grey syrup. Staff is really nice and friendly. Food is great! I love the grilled cheese with soup and the chorizo(vegan) panini.

I really enjoy studying here – it's a great spot with a cozy atmosphere. However, the only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because the restroom cleanliness could use some improvement. It’s not always terrible, but it’s clear that it’s not cleaned regularly throughout the day, and that can be noticeable.
Great coffee shop with great coffee. This is my new go-to for studying because the amount students studying there keeps me focused. They also make their flavor syrups which is great, I am always looking for a cleaner option so this is definitely a great choice. The employees are also super sweet. Would get an additional star for atmosphere but the decor and feeling of the cafe is a bit out dated and empty.

Their hot london fog with almond milk is delicious!! They used earl grey tea and still, with the almond milk, managed to get some latte art. Also, the music is great, perfect ambience for studying, and they provided a little nilla wafer to go with your drink.

Stopped by Vespr to grab coffee and breakfast this morning! The barista, Alexa and her co-worker, whose name I didn’t catch, were so kind!! They helped me navigate the menu while considering a dietary restriction. Would absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!!
