Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria

Loris was truly incredible! Told us a lot about Italy and where to go when we go. He even knew where EVERY ingredient was from in the pizza we ordered…. Very knowledgeable and had us all laughing throughout the night. Made our experience truly amazing and we will ALWAYS come back each time we visit!

Our experience at Via Napoli was absolutely amazing. Starting from the host team who warmly greet us, our journey through Italian food was delicious and guided from our fabulous server Gabriele S. His attention to details, his knowledge about the menu and also his personal recommendations make our lunch one of the most amazing experiences in Epcot. A guy like that deserves even more of a server position. It was also my birthday and we were very happy and glad to see almost all the restaurant singing me the song. Please make that guy a manager.

We love via Napoli! The food is always excellent (we got the Quattro formagi pizza, manicotti, and focaccia bread), as is the service. Our waitress, Olga, was very attentive to our needs and was very friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with her.

couldn’t recommend it enough, Marco L was brilliant! if he hadn’t have told us, we would have had no idea he had only been working there a month, menu knowledge was top tier along with the excellent service and help from his recommendations we had an amazing family meal, top service from a professional!

The food was amazing, and our service from Anna B was even better! Our kids absolutely loved her 😍

Very good food and service, You have to have the Proseco sangria they mix it table side.

We are passholders and come to Via Napoli almost every other week. It is affordable for a family and is the best pizza I have ever had in the United States. Service is always fast and is a great environment to sit for a while. The manager, Tim, is ready with a smile and a dedicated, excellent staff. Seriously, best pizza around.
