Loris was truly incredible! Told us a lot about Italy and where to go when we go. He even knew where EVERY ingredient was from in the pizza we ordered…. Very knowledgeable and had us all laughing throughout the night. Made our experience truly amazing and we will ALWAYS come back each time we visit!
Our experience at Via Napoli was absolutely amazing. Starting from the host team who warmly greet us, our journey through Italian food was delicious and guided from our fabulous server Gabriele S. His attention to details, his knowledge about the menu and also his personal recommendations make our lunch one of the most amazing experiences in Epcot. We love via Napoli! The food is always excellent (we got the Quattro formagi pizza, manicotti, and focaccia bread), as is the service. Our waitress, Olga, was very attentive to our needs and was very friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with her.
