Stopped by on a layover and decided to get a slice of pizza. I wasn't a big fan of all the options in the food court, but I can always make an exception for pizza. It wasn't great, it was kind of dry without a lot of sauce (which any pizza lover knows is the best part.) It was soft and cheesy, but that's as far as the satisfaction goes. There wasn't any cornmeal or seasoning. Tastes like Ellio's.

Not sure how you mess up pancakes and French toast, but this place managed to do it. Pancakes and French toast were so hard after being reheated by them after I ordered that you could use them as a weapon to injure someone. Not to mention they didn't have forks to eat the food with. Adding insult to injury, their employees are not friendly and do not look like they want to be there. With so many other options in the Southwest terminal, I don't recommend this place at all.

If I could give it no stars I would but don't go to this place. Not only do they not get your order correct but they don't do refills on drinks. I mean who doesn't do refills? People working there just seem ignorant anyways but yea bypass this this if y can.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The staff was beyond rude and gruff. The "manager" ringing us up was inattentive and did not even let us know that the receipt was ready. In addition to the rudeness, which would have ruined any meal, the food was atrocious. Of course it was ludicrously overpriced and they even rang the order up wrong and overcharged. There are many many better places to eat in the Orlando airport. I'd rather pick through the trash than return to this place. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Surprisingly great options for breakfast in the morning! The kids loved the French toast and my husband and I had eggs and bacon!! Very good if you need a breakfast option. Skip greasy McDonalds!

Employees were extremely rude, would not recommend to anyone. We even heard the employees talking about us as we were leaving the place.

Cheese pizza was bland. Would not allow a refill. Just shook her head and said we don't do that.
Met Miss Bermesina from Dominican Republic and her son, both work at the kitchen. I got chicken parmesan with pasta, was very good, and may God Bless her richly the food was great and she made my day. Thanks.

Beware!! I would highly suggest Jersey Mike's or even McDonald's than eating here. I ordered the number 3. Simple..eggs, potato and bacon. I took the option of a pancake instead of toast or a biscuit. The eggs felt like I was in the military bit dry. The bacon undercooked. The pancake was so hard I could not use the serrated plastic knife to cut the pancake, that was after a few minutes soaking in the syrup. The food although they heated it was mildly warm at best. The potato's were not good or bad but then I do not eat a lot of potatoes. Their drip coffee was very good. Better than McDonald's. However, the staff was extremely friendly and nice when ordering food and getting my coffee

If there was a good, better, best scale, this airport spot would be good. Not missing much of anything. All items are of course pre made hours before and then just warmed up for seconds in the oven. I ordered spaghetti for my kids and it lacked flavor and just simply salt. The employees were dry like they’ve seen their share of customers for the day and are just burned out with travelers. Presentation of the food is really good by lacks a bunch of taste.
