Pizza cold. Barely 100 degrees, they need the health inspector to show up.

Way overpriced for what you get. They are definitely ripping you off here.

That was the worst pizza I have ever tasted, and I have eaten a considerable amount of pizza over the years.

I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I was waiting in line behind another customer, and once that customer was helped, the employee assisting them walked to the back without acknowledging me or letting me know he would return. Meanwhile, two other employees were either bringing food from the back or working at the register, occasionally glancing in my direction but not offering any assistance. The overall experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service moving forward.

The pizza was good as I saw the guy preparing the daily batch earlier in the morning. It is definitely not frozen. The pizza was good, nothing special. The garlic knots was another story. It was not baked well and I would have preferred the crust to be a bit crunchier and soft on the inside. The price for the slice of pizza and garlic knots was not worth it. As someone said, it is definitely highway robbery at its best. Just because it is in a location, does not mean you can charge an exorbitant price for the food.

Villa used to have good pizza. Now it tastes about as good as a 5$ frozen pizza from Walmart. Crust is mediocre. Way too expensive as well.

$8.56 for a pepperoni slice is the absolute definition of highway robbery! Multiply that by 6 slices per pie? $50 for a pie? Not even the great pizza shops of NYC charge that much. I live on the road, I expect to pay a premium at rest areas, but this is beyond acceptable. It was mediocre at best!!

Absolute trash. The menu didn't even have true to itself items. They claimed to have two different salads but it was the same, gross, disgusting trash. Same for the chicken patty thing, which looked ok, but was, in reality, garbage. I can't believe this is still an operating restaurant. When I asked why some of the stuff on the menu wasn't there, I was answered with, and I quote "I don't know". What the hell, I hope they are ashamed of the garbage they are giving out to the world. I had to pay $60 for 5 meal items by the way. Once again, more than disappointed, and they need to be closed down.

Fantastic pizza, quick too! Pass by this plaza every couple weeks and usually stop in for their pizza. Very fresh and quality ingredients. It’s one of my favorite pizza places in Florida!
