Went to this restaurant without any plans or reservations and they were very accommodating. I had a bartender by the name of Neysa that was spectacular to say the least. She was very attentive and knew her drinks very well. One of the best mixed drinks I’ve had ! Will definitely return !

My wife and i came in for our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary while we were in Orlando on vacation as well. Our server, Noah was definitely a delightful, energetic, person. He made sure to address our concerns or issues if we had any, he made us feel very relaxed in our fine dining experience. Will definitely return whenever we're in Orlando again on vacation. Would recommend this restaurant as a great establishment to visit for sure.

Celebrated my 54th Birthday Dinner ...Private Room. Ivan Patty and The Entire Crew Went Above and Beyond to Make my night Special🙏🏻🙏🏻They made sure my guests over 40 were well taken cared of. Food and drinks were great. Thanks again for all you did tonight. I appreciate you guys. My host , bussers, servers were all so professional having such patience with a big crowd.

A couple buddies and I were working next door and thought we’d come in and check out the place. We left saying how we would never go back there ever. For a Mother’s Day and there being no customers that should’ve been a warning sign. We walked up to an empty bar. Not one single person. And the bartender with the bangs barely gave us a glance.. when she did get to us she immediately had an attitude like we were such a burden. We asked for 3 wells tequila shots. $49 dollars. The price is not the main problem but as a person who works in many bars and restaurants, $16 as your cheapest (and smallest) shot is WILD. But the part that made us so uncomfortable is the service for sure. Won’t go in to more detail but the banter and just overall service was so rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately won’t be giving this place another shot. Literally lol

The food was great, as always, I've been here many times before. However, my server Brianna did not bring Vines to its expected standards. I had ordered a tiki martini and was told 45 minutes later that they did not have the ingredients to make it - from the bartender herself. And I quote “ I don't know why she didn't let you guys know we couldn't make it”. Mind you the bartender was very busy and still managed to come speak to us herself. A different server later came and asked if we needed anything else and I went for a basic old fashioned that I didn't get until yet again, another 30 minutes later. We asked to close out right away because we were ready to go. She shows up with the tab with the martini on there that I never got, and clearly wasn't communicated with or was acting clueless. I'm not against tipping a server what they deserve but when 18% is automatically applied it's upsetting because it was not deserved this time around. Overall very disappointed in the service I received this evening.

The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, fresh seafood, and delicious sides, all beautifully presented. The wine selection is one of the best in Orlando, with fantastic pairing recommendations from our server. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, with live music that added the perfect touch to the evening. Service was top-notch — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Vines is the ideal spot for a special celebration or a memorable night out. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true fine dining experience on Restaurant Row!
