The affogato is so beautiful. We had the pumpkin and peppermint affogato. Definitely recommend the peppermint while it’s in season. It was outstanding. We also had a scoop of one of the fruity flavors with guava and orange and it was amazing.
We have enjoyed many trips to Vivoli over the years and the gelato and customer service are always top notch. This trip my husband tried a Pumpkin Spice Affogato and he was quite impressed. As always we wish there was a location closer to home.
The affogato itself would have been 5 stars, however given the line out the door, the establishment needs to figure out a better way to chill more cups to be available to serve the affogato itself. We got in and out of line twice because the cups were not chilled and they refused to serve it otherwise and then in turn forced customers to have it in a to go cup. Newsflash, a ‘to go cup’ is not chilled either and rather ruins the entire experience. The pic I included was...
