First time at this restaurant and at a korean bbq. Amazing first experience. Rebecca was amazing. She was very helpful and through. Will definitely be back here once I’m back in Orlando.

my family visited from Colorado. Staff was on top of it here. It was fun to cook and the hotpot options were really good. We have a local hot pot that we visit often and we thought this place was better than that. Overall. Worth 1 visit to make your own decision. Check it out

If you have an alternative look, visible tattoos, just came from the theme parks, or are not East-Asian looking, please prepared to not be treated or taken seriously. You could be better off having a white person or somebody who looks like they just left a business meeting make the reservation. Have said person be the one to greet the host because the staff and management are trained to dismiss anyone who doesn’t look like them or appeal to their standard. ———-

This was not during a high dinner rush.
I was not rude.
I was not demanding.
I kindly requested how long was the wait for 7 people to 1 table?
I was told 7 people cannot be accommodated to 1 table so my party and I were split in 2 tables across from each other while a room of tables behind the sauce bar for parties of 8 were EMPTY.

I've been wanting to try Hot Pot for quite some time. We got there right when they opened, so we were seated right away. There was a robot that showed us to our table (innovation always impresses me) and a human waitress was there to greet us. She was very thorough in her explanation of how things worked and very helpful with choosing the seasonings. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would go back again. My only negative was I had problems mixing my seasonings.

Volcano Hot Pot is our favorite spot for dinner. The food is always fresh, and there’s plenty of seafood to choose from. The meats are great quality too, and there are so many vegetables you can pick to make your hot pot just how you like it. My go-to is their yum yum special sauce — I get it every time and it never disappoints. If you love hot pot with lots of options, this place is a must!

I don’t know if it was a fluke, but I think I need to say that this was the best hot pot experience I’ve ever had in the US so far. Incredible variety of seafood, meat, and veggies. Super clean and open atmosphere. Incredible service (literally got me anything I needed before I said a word). And an incredible deal of a price for all of the above. I have definitely spent far more on hot pot experiences that were mediocre at best.

Amazing atmosphere, one of the prettiest restaurants i’ve been to! Service was very good, the server was very nice and helpful. Food wasn’t the best tbh, but i guess im just picky. overall 4/5
