This Volcano Hot Pot and BBQ was the best our family has been too. The service today was impeccable. The food was fresh. The selection was large and they did not rush us or freeze us out. Even when there were some rude patrons, the team worked together to make sure everyone had what they needed. The sweet tea was not diabetic. The food was flavorful. They did not let our paper burn or our soup burn. This is by far was the best hot pot experience we have had yet!

Good variety of meat and hot pot items. Average service, but I don't think it's worth eating hot for and bbq, as it takes the focus off the meal and you can't enjoy it well.

Great place for late lunch or dinner. We went 3 or 4 times while in Orlando. At 1st I was intimidated but our waitress was very helpful on guiding us on what to do. Hostess, wait staff/servers were great every time we went. There was only 1 time that we had to wait about 30 minutes, but it was a Friday or Saturday evening, so it was expected. You have a choice to do either the hot pot or the BBQ BUT if one person in the group does both you ALL have to do both. One time we had a nervous eater with us, and they were very accommodating in placing us in a more secluded or less visible spot.
