I came here with 3 more people, we got the food ourselves and when we're done a server forced us to tip them 18% ($25) of the bill. She didn't care about customers at all but still wanted the tip. The food wasn't fresh and tasted terrible. Thank you for ruining my last experience.

Hot pot was amazing! Everything was super fresh, the broths were full of flavor, and it was so fun cooking right at the table. The server was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Amazing place, definitely doing it again soon!!

We recently visited this place for a birthday celebration, and it was our very first time trying hot pot. We decided to go all out and combined BBQ with the hot pot experience, which, to be honest, was almost over the top! The variety of meats and seafood available was impressive, providing plenty of options to choose from.
Our waitress added to the positive experience with her friendly demeanor, checking in on us regularly to ensure everything was just right. If there's one small downside, it would be that having just a single grill for a group of six was a bit limiting. However, we managed to make it work!
I opted for the Kimchi pot, and wow—it was both spicy and bursting with flavor. I definitely plan on returning, but perhaps with a smaller group next time to make things even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a memorable hot pot experience!

I've been to a lot of volcano hot pot & bbq's Compared to the competition, this location was beyond my expectations.
Food was amazing, establishment clean and our server, Aivy went above and beyond to help me with a question I had.
Will be frequently this location from now on!

It's clean and the staff are nice, but out of the dozen or so hot pot/Korean Bbq places I've tried in Orlando this was my least favorite. The buffet options are quite limited, and the buffet is in a tight hallway with no clear indicators for which direction to move, so everyone is his cramped and reaching over each other. I was going to give it 4 stars until I got the bill, other places are a way better value with more selection of meats and vegetables and better cocktails.
