I haven't eaten here for awhile. I ate a waffle of course. It was very good. The atmosphere is lively definitely a place to visit at least once a year.

I used to work for this Waffle House. Often it's a hit or miss. It has gone through a few managers in the past several months. Now that I no longer work there I just want to say treat your servers well and they will do the same to you. Devante is the class clown so you will be entertained whether he's your server or not. Carmen and Miss T are great cooks. They will hook you up right. Three stars is because my experience as an employee wasn't the best but the service industry isn't for me anyway. I recommend for the servers on first shift. Betty on second shift is a great cook as is Kai on third shift. Maybe I will visit one day if in the area.

We were dealing with a new waiter, which wasn't a problem. I know the work environment has nothing to do with the costumer but it was nice to see the other waitress help him and explain why it goes that way. Very friendly and easy atmosphere makes for a good place to visit, especially when the food is good.

Today I wasn't too happy with my waffle house. The guy that's usually rude was nice tho so that was good. I got my usual waitress but she ain't do the usual. It was her bday so I guess I can let it slide. As always Carmen was awesome. And the manager Monica is super nice and professional.

There are many local waffle houses, across the east coast. That seem to warm the heart and fill the bellies of those who seek this memorable resemblance of a sort of southern hospitality. Which is what landed me at this Orlando FL. location. To grub and simply sooth the craving of hunger. Therefore this location fit the bill.. The Waiters were accommodating, energetic, humorous and chirper and The Food was Great and scrumptious!!”
Although our server was nice & the cook tried to make up for it. The place was empty, not only did she still get our order wrong. Got all the way to the end of the meal, to remind her. She completely forgot to tell the cook about our waffles!

Interesting morning. Our server was Devante. Looked a bit out of place, braids tied up neatly, looking more like a young man about to hit the town than a guy from waffle house. It was very crowded. We quickly noticed that he was cooking AND serving. He was incredibly polite, helpful and was handling the fact they were out of silverware. He brewed coffee for our order, as well. A very impertinent woman came in to complain....as she left in a huff and he inquired respectfully if all was ok of her seatmate. She took this as "speaking behind her back" and she began to scream. He stayed TOTALLY professional and kind. The young man has management potential. Great service and food was solid.

Poor service after 12 am !! They act like they have an attitude and don't even pay you any attention like you aren't there !! Too many employees for customers to be waiting around looking lost and they didn't even greet at the door !! Girl with pink hair is ugly and rude and has a nasty a** attitude!! Took them 30 mins to make 2 bacon biscuits with eggs that they charged me an extra $1 for lmao when they have a bacon egg and cheese on the menu but whatever !! If you like ghetto service come here. Waffle House hiring different employees please
