I had the worst experience at the Waffle House in Orlando! I eat at Waffle House frequently. The staff was rude and food was cold. Advised only take out was available at that time. I’ve never had bad service but tonight was a let down with awful service

LILY IS INCREDIBLE! Waffle House was our first stop off the plane and being greeted by Lily's smile and warmth was exactly what we needed. The food was great, but not nearly as great as the women behind the counter.

Service was flawless, Jermaine (Jerm) was our server he was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. On top of that, his energy made us feel very comfortable. Definitely one of our favourite servers we have ever had.
(P.S. My sister really likes the TV series, Arcane. She and Jerm had a short but nice conversation about it. Hope to see him in the near future!)

It’s a Waffle House which is always going to be great, but this one is nicer than all the other Waffle Houses I’ve been too. They have great art work on the wall and the food came out faster than you can say “Yum!”

I took my kids to breakfast for an early morning flight got three all star specials with three OJ's the waitress told me that tip put on card would be shared by the company so I tipped her out of pocket. I was told that the cost was $45 she asked me if I needed a receipt, and I said no, only to find out that my card was charged $85. I couldn't dispute the charges because of not taking a receipt. Should not have been overcharged though, thought her and I had developed better early morning communication. Check your receipt!!!!
