Been to many Waffle houses but the Service KIM has given us has been out this world. Amazing employee definitely someone I would want working at my business what amazing customer service.

I’d honestly rate 0 if I could . This is NOT the job for the server named Matt . Waited 10 mins for him to come back and get our drink order then took probably 15 after delivering drinks to come back and take our food order . The minute we ordered he brought 1 out of 3 waffles immediately the we waited 15-20 mins for the rest of the food to come out . Definitely not a fault on the restaurant itself and the other staff , just genuinely Matt is not a good server whatsoever . We just paid for the one waffle and left , who I assume was the manager was super nice about it . Extremely irritating experience .

I’ve been to Waffle Houses far and wide and I have to say, this one embodies the vibe to the fullest. I always am happy with my food, but the 5 stars on this review are to shout out Kim, our server. We might as well have been having breakfast in her kitchen with how welcome she made us feel. Thank you for being a delightful part of our day!

I forgot to get the name of my server because my mind was elsewhere but she was amazing nonetheless! Her customer service skills went beyond being nice in the hopes of receiving a good tip, she has an innate ability to care for people. So to the beautiful black lady with the curly hair I just want to say thank you!
The food on the other hand was some of the worst I've ever experienced at a Waffle House. The cheese was almost non-existent, the grits were thick and not season, and my eggs were not over medium so when I went to cut into them there was absolutely no joke that poured over the hash browns like I like them. The hash browns were cooked to perfection and a little extra crispy like I asked, but other than that, I can't even recall a time where I went to Waffle House and the food was not good...

Great Waffle House. It's close to the industrial park I unload at and is convenient to walk to. Kim, my waitress, was awesome and Friendly. The food was cooked right. Very clean facilities as well!
