Ms. Dee at Waffle House truly made our dining experience unforgettable! Her vibrant personality and infectious energy made every moment enjoyable. Went for breakfast on 4/6/24 everything started fine. We ordered and 45 minutes later we still did not have our food while people who came in after us already ate and left. Food got to us almost an hour later and was not correct. I asked the server for “well done eggs” and they were under cooked so I asked to get them cooked up a little. The lady with blonde and black locks said “oh they want them well done, I’ll give them F-ING well done.” My fiancé paid for the drinks and we left. She didn’t seem to care if we heard either. This sucks as my family enjoys coming here after church but we can not and will not support that kind of treatment.

What’s the point of having a phone number if no one answers. We got all the way home to realize that our food was made incorrectly and there were missing items. Besides driving all the way back how do you all expect people to get things like this resolved if you don’t answer the phone?
