The atmosphere here is so easy-going. The employees/staff are all really kind and will take their time to prepare your order properly to make sure theres nothing wrong. Theres always someone cleaning to ensure customers don't sit down at a dirty table. I got a classic chocolate chip waffle and they made it just right! Not too much, not too little chocolate chips. The price is reasonable. It didn't really change much despite inflation which is a bonus. Would recommend this place!

I always come here with my family and the waffles always come out amazing, but when we came today all the food came out cold and in parts. First the bacon, then the actual food, and then the waffle never came out, we finished our food and still no waffle. When the first waffle came out it was raw, it was mushy inside and they tried to tell us it’s like that… They told us we have to get it well done when we have never asked for it well done and it has never came out like that ever. We sent the waffle back and when they made it again, it was basically burnt. My mom talked to the manager, Robbin, who also is in charge of making the waffles, denied that the waffles were raw, when he didn’t even know or see how it actually was. We always come here FOR the waffles. My mom isn’t fluent in english and when she messed up talking, he repeated what she said back to her and started laughing… Extremely disrespectful laughing at someone whose first language isn’t english. It’s crazy knowing he is the manager. What kind of manager laughs at someone right in their face.

I want to complain because customers complain about everything from the music to the food and I find it ridiculous as a customer to complain about music that in yours menu says we’re allowed to pick music, so what I’m saying is why are you guys complaining for and then you overwork these employees they not allowed allowed to leave on time. And I been coming here for years and the second shift girl is always crying and sayin she gettin pick on by the team I’m a lawyer and they are breaking so many laws worst place to work and it’s always dirty in first shift that floor girl shouldnt be dealing with this alone their is only one cook and I see her work so hard in second shift runnin around Cookin the food and cleanin tables and dishes .she has caramel skin and red tips for her hair she so nice and the food she made for me is amazing

My wife and I came to dine and was told we would have to wait for the next cook to come in because chef there was about to clean the grill, mind you they weren’t doing anything when we pulled in.
Food was good. Waffles and hash browns lil undercooked but we were over charged. When brought to her attention she explained what each item was. I watched her do math wrong multiple times and she refused to believe otherwise. $10+ over charged. Oh well.

I wish I could do negative stars. Cause this was just terrible. The eggs didn’t taste cooked all the way, the toast was beyond burnt… the bacon wasn’t even bacon it was just fat. Walked in and I couldn’t even hear my server the music was too loud sounded like I’m in a club.
