Waffle Sandwich Bar

I will start off by saying the food tasted great. The staff were also super nice as well. This review is not a reflection of food quality or the courtesy of the staff.

My reason for 3 stars is just due to the poor experience regarding how long it took to get our food. From the time we ordered until the time we finally got our food was over 40 minutes. The others in our party had already ordered their food, got their food, ate, and left (they had places to go) before we even got our food. There were a lot of people who ordered after us that were getting their food. We just kept seeing people go up, order and then after a short wait, they walked off with their food.

We had planned to order dessert when we were done with our meal but after things took as long as they did we just decided it wasn’t worth sticking around to wait for it.

We loved the idea that the entire menu is gluten free because we have a large extended family that is all gluten free. We were actually here today as an exploration to find new places for our family and friends to eat at. I’m afraid that even though the food was tasty, I will likely not be recommending this place to the rest of our family at this time.

I’m reasonable though so I will likely visit again at some point to give them another shot. See how it goes and if it goes well then I’ll update my review and suggest to the rest of my family. 40 minutes is just a very long time to wait for a waffle.

Yes, 100% gluten free and you really can make great sandwiches with Gluten-free waffles. Basically a college place unless you want the most wonderful GF dessert we have had in a very long time!. Great for kids and 'hip' 70-something folks. Nice parking garage near by. This is really part of a food court with lots of options and a nice full bar in the center.

The best gluten free we been here in Orlando. Food was so fresh and delicious. The ability to eat worry free because everything is gluten free makes this place more magical. We enjoy the food, the place and the atmosphere. Definitely my new favorite.

Wow. Simply wow, this Margherita Pizza Waffle was so amazing. The melting cheese, the flavor contrast, the crunch to soft oh my god! Simply delicious! And I’ve had a couple of breakfasts options too, BLT, bacon egg and cheese, all day breakfast options, wings, lunch specials, super munchies no doubt ❤️‍🔥

I'm glad to have found this 100% gluten free restaurant, sandwiches are delicious, I tried the brisket and salmon one. I also ordered French fries, the big portion is enough for 2 or 3 people. The meat is halal which I think it's a big plus.

Truly amazing food, from scratch all natural You really just can't beat it. You can tell that the owners really put their efforts into it. I love that they have a more whole food approach towards the entire menu not to mention the food hall is well decorated and comforting. Their menu is extremely allergy friend! One last positive is that a lot of things can be made vegan and they also have lunch specials You should definitely give this place a try!

Wow, what can I say about the Waffle Sandwich Bar other then you will regret not paying them a visit!! This is hands down the best waffle burger and loaded fries I have ever had. We had the cheese burger, chicken burger, brisket fries and churros delivered (over 3 seperate occasions during our stay)... and they did not disappoint! I am a coeliac, so finding a 100% gluten free restaurant was amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone!

We ate here yesterday and all loved our meal. My celiac son said it was one of the best meals he has EVER eaten! ❤️ He had the brisket and a piece of fried chicken on the side. If you haven’t tried this place yet - definitely go!

Don’t let gluten free scare you! This place is SO good and there are so many options for those who have dietary restrictions/preferences (gluten, dairy, eggs, vegan, etc.). I haven’t had a fried chicken sandwich in YEARS due to my gluten and dairy allergies and theirs was amazing! They give you two giant chicken patties that are so crispy, the waffles are fantastic and the PERFECT texture (they didn’t crumble or get soggy like gluten free breads tend to). Even my friends and family without dietary restrictions loved it!

Wonderful! Best place in Orlando for people with food allergies!! The churro waffles are AMAZING! They were super nice and really know their food safety and pay extra attention to where they source their food focusing on local and fresh from scratch cooking!! Even my non gluten-free husband and son said the churro waffles are better than any of the churros in the Parks!

As a coeliac this place is awesome! Gluten free fried chicken AND waffles are not something I get to have very often and they were actually delicious! The servers were so friendly and were happy to chat and answer any questions I had.

First off my wife has celiac so I will do anything and go anywhere that is 100% gluten free! We drove 90+ minutes here to find this spot in a food hall and WOW is not even the tip of the iceberg. First off the ladies behind the counter were absolutely amazing! So nice and friendly and definitely are passionate for their brand and what they have created! The price is definitely in line for the type of food and allergy accommodations! We have the chicken and waffle sandwich! The breading on the chicken was phenomenal, the waffles tasted amazing and were so light! The sandwiches had lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion which all were so flavorful and fresh! We also had the bacon and Nutella waffle which was amazing!!!! They then were so sweet and brought us the churros with the tres leches dip and let me tell you… I wish I ordered that for my meal! Everything was GREAT and I am so glad we found them!

The ladies there were AMAZING. I am gluten and dairy free and could have everything on the menu and it was DELICIOUS. The plant based cheese was also phenomenal. 10/10 would go again. The building itself has a lot of options for others too. Only down side was that the speaker system was acting up and loud but not their fault! So so good. Highly recommend.
