This is the best of all the Walmarts in Orlando. Mrs. Yudith made my experience great when she made my son's birthday cake. She was willing to provide me with excellent service and that everything would be beautiful and delicious.

This Walmart in Lake Nona is new and clean and HUGE! It's definitely worth driving a bit further to shop in this nicer location. Yesterday (1/10/21) upon arrival, we were asked to wait outside a bit as they were actively managing the number of people in the store which immediately put me at ease. I appreciate the safety measures.

The staffing here is terrible. I don't per say shop here but the receiving staff in the back of the Walmart has the worst attitude. To top all that off, as a vendor who wakes up at 1am to attempt to do 15+ stores on a daily basis, this Walmart has truly become the one out of the two worst stores I have. Their receiving hours are from 5am-11am and they refuse to let vendors pass past 7am because of their own selfish needs. I wouldn't bother going to Sam's club either next door.

Pre Covid, this is a 5 star Walmart. It's clean, stuff on the shelves is organized and it just feels nice. Honestly, I'll drive here for my Super Walmart needs over the East Colonial location when I need to get stuff. You know what Walmart has so I'm not going to list it all. It just feels like you're in a better Walmart than some that I've been to. It's like any chain, some are good, some are not. This is a good one.I did see someone cleaning the handles on the refrigeration displays and will say it's the first time since this thing started (4+ months ago) that I've seen someone cleaning something other than the register areas at ANY store. (not saying it's not being done, but I haven't seen until now). Kudo's to Walmart for helping to keep us safe.However, someone has to tell me how closing an entrance is "for my safety"? Sure, lets take a store that has many people going in and out and instead of letting them go in and out of 2 sets of doors, let's put them all into one entrance/exit. That will keep them safe, right? Get them as close as possible to each other. Perfectly stupid! This is the reason for the lower star rating.

I often come to this location in Lake Nona because it's a very clean and much more organized than other Walmarts I've been too. Although I am not a fan of Walmart or big franchise stores, I must admit it is ver convenient and the prices are very competitive. I find that the produce at this location is fresh however they don't seem to have much variety when it comes to organic or plant based foods. That's when I have to go elsewhere to find what I'm looking for. All in all the Lake Nona location is one I recommend if you frequent Walmart.

This place is increasable. It's simply massive! The parking lot was clean and packed, as they all usually are. They have the usual departments, but on steroids: auto care service center, pharmacy, gardening center, grocery store, paint and hardware section, beauty salon, vison center, crafts and sewing, photo center, electronics, toys, houseware, beer-wine and spirits, and even a health food restaurant(?). Go figure. I went in for one item, and ended up wondering the entire store to see what all they had. I will drive a few extra miles to make this my Walmart.

Omg don't go here if you're in a hurry. I have honestly been standing in line to check out for 33 minutes. They have 4 checker people working and the self check out lines are backed up with at least 15-20 families waiting to use those machines. I'm also in a line with a checkout person who obviously gets paid by the hour and not the scan. She hasn't a care in the world and actually scans and looks at everything like it's a new Christmas. Day gift. Lord help us all.

Went by yesterday to get a large TV. The department manager confirmed it was in stock. Said I would need to get it the next day as it was located on a high shelf. Prior to me arriving I was notified that it was now out of stock and they canceled my order. Very poor customer service.
Wow, a decent Walmart! Starting from the outside, parking wasn't crazy and they make an effort to keep the lot clean. At least when we arrived, there was a guy picking up debris so maybe it was a one-off. The staff is friendly and willing to spark conversation with you, non-creepily. The store had a decent selection and it wasn't difficult to find things like at some other locations. Check out was a breeze and we were in and out of the store in under 10 minutes with the few items we grabbed. The location is also very convenient so double points for that. Overall, there's not much to complain about so if I'm ever in town, I'll swing by this Walmart over the others.

I have two issues with the Walmart here on Narcoosee, in Lake Nona. Issue 1. This store is open 24hrs and after 10pm there is only self check register. All of the cashiers go home. I stopped in on Monday at 10:30pm and the lines were so long I left. They also had two armed security people at the front door. Issue 2. Today I purchased deli meat and the package was labeled used by today's date 9/17. I asked the Mgr. he said it was good for 7 days after the used by date. Odd? Customer be aware check your sliced deli meat it maybe old.

Horrible customer service. Tons of registers closed and long lines. Absolutely nobody in the garden center to check-out. Have to haul all your garden stuff down to the grocery side, at 9 am in the morning. I'll stick to amazon.

Wow I can't believe I've never written a review for Walmart. This is the standard Walmart superstore nothing out of the ordinary the groceries are fresh the food is non-expired the staff is oddly helpful and I've never had a problem with anything that I bought or anything that I've had questions about. I would definitely recommend this Walmart because of its ease of access variety of foods and friendly staff. I think that the only thing that would make it better would be a better selection of organic items. Or gluten gluten free items. Generally speaking this Walmart is very clean compared to others and is fast and efficient this is my normal Walmart and I've been through a lot of Walmarts but this one is probably with in the top three of my favorite Walmarts. So be like Nike and just do it shop here get your groceries eat good food

So I get that you may mess something up on the pickup. But missing 12 items? Two packs of chicken breast, two gallons of milk, produce, etc., seriously? Solution: audit your load before the customer arrives. Honestly it was all good until I called. I spoke with Angel the manager and was transferred to grocery who informed me she could not help and that I have to call back in the morning and let that shift know what was missing then proceeded to hang up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! How about maybe I could swing by and get the stuff you failed to give me. This really does not help me prepare for my Easter dinner party. Angel, Walmart, et al., thank you for your hard work and inasmuch a well deserved 1*!
