Okay, what can we say about Walmart Neighborhood Market? If you are familiar with Walmart oh, you know the deal. There are a few decent deals in here, quite a few not so good deals in here and pretty much nonexistent customer service. Do I will have to say that I had the most incredible person take care of me at checkout. Of course, that person would be me because Walmart stresses the self-checkout lanes. In fact, I did such a great job, I would recommend myself from ploidy of the month at this particular location. Walmart Neighborhood Market is what it is. I guess another way of putting it, is that it is a necessary evil at times. If you find yourself needing to hit up a Walmart Neighborhood Market and you are close to here oh, this place is as good as the next.

I was in line at Walmart on Chickasaw and The cashier had his mask around his chin. I said something to the manager, and she Pointed to his mask, and then pointed to me. I think that was a pretty unprofessional way to treat a customer, in sets a bad example for her employees.

I always come here for my groceries since I live in close proximity. Never have a problem . Cashier at self check out helped me bagging my items and was very courteous. She had colorful hair, blue or green, and a helping hand was very appreciated since I'm currently pregnant. Wish I caught her name so she gets acknowledged.

The parking lot is full rude drivers who ran into my aunt riding a disabled cart, The arrows you cannot even see them the aisles inside the store are so small people are crashing each other and walking behind me in a single file line the cars outside the store speed up to your toes, this better stop.

I've been shopping at this Neighborhood Walmart for years....they are really making an effort to be customer service orient d while being efficient. The new remodel has been completed - self check out registers, at least 10 of them so hopefully the super long lines will be a thing of the past. The CS representatives are kind, courteous and willing to assist. The store is clean, organized and generally well supplied.

Discrimination in Walmart is sickening. DO NOT go to this Walmart to fill a prescription. I arrived to the store at approximately 3:54-4:00PM my prescription wasn't filled until 8 o'clock at night. The pharmacy was filled with all Hispanic or Latino employees which I didn't take notice UNTIL they overlooked me and took care of other Latin American customers. As an Active Duty service member it breaks my heart to come home and get treated like nothing. My son needed eyedrops for his puffy eyes due to seasonal allergies the young lady I spoke to told me they had the eyedrops readily available it would take 1 hour I walked around a bit then came back to pick them up another woman told me that they didn't have them so I had to get back in line to speak to the younger lady who told me they did have them. When I got to speak to her again she was returning from lunch and asked me to come back Monday(mind you it was Friday and I had a toddler at home with red itchy puffy eyes) so no way I was returning she then told me that the pharmacist was the only pharmacist there while continuing to take and fill other customer's prescriptions she was telling me I'd have to wait an entire weekend which made no sense. I had been there for hours while other Hispanic/Latino customers were being helped right away. It got to the point where I walked into the isles and began to cry out of frustration. It didn't bother me that I had to wait an hour or that they only understood Spanish speaking customers it did however bother me that they treated me as though my sons health wasn't important. Until this issue is addressed I will not stop warning the public of what happened to me 02 March 2018.

Walmart is always the place to be! The staff at this location is friendly and helpful. I love how this location is super close to my house. I get great deals coming to Walmart. The Cuban bread they have is super fresh and so is the deli department! If you speak primarily Spanish only, most of the staff speaks fluent Spanish. This place is also 24 HOURS. A lot of the items are marked down to roll back prices. This Walmart is one of the cleaner Walmart's I've seen in orlando!

Overall the store was clean the employees on the floor are helpful but as you stand in line you see employees standing around talking they were three registers running and at least five people in each line no management came to help standing by lottery talking

This store always looks like a bomb went off inside. It's an absolute mess. The aisles are narrow, and with products often left in pallets or stacked up on the floor, it's very hard to get around without bumping into people or waiting for them to pass through single-file. It doesn't help that the store usually packed, and no offence to Walmart shoppers, but they often live up to their reputation for being a little weird or unsavory. They checkout lines are always a mile long, and backed up blocking passage through the store as a result, because there's always 2 lanes open and about 20 people trying to checkout. I wish Walmart would hire a few more employees, train them a little better, or have some pride in their store. Yes, they're cheaper than competing grocers, and I know they have to cut costs somewhere to make that happen. If you insist on shopping here and not the Publix across the street, you will save a couple of bucks, but I find that it's just not worth it considering that my blood boils in frustration from the moment I walk in this disheveled store.

If you are in a rush, then this Walmart isn't for you. The Customer Service is probably the worst here. Only ONE register works for Customer Service, so if there's a line it'll take more than 30 min to get what you need. Just don't come to this Walmart, you'll thank me later! Lol

The is one is more focused on the grocery side of things like your typical grocery store. Lots of the bulk items that one would find at a supercenter are not present here they do have a a large variety of selections thought not as much as the supercenter. Any purchases made here can't be returned at regular Walmart stores and vice versa.

Terrible customer service. I stood at the customer service counter for 5 minutes to do a return because there were 3 Walmart employees standing there. After waiting for 5 minutes, none of them said a word to me and they all walked off. It was then that I realized that the register that these 3 were standing at chatting, was closed. So I had to get in line at a different register after other customers who had waited behind me switched lines. Then I waited in line AGAIN only for them to tell me that I had to return my one item at a super center. I won't go here again.

Their rotisserie chickens are thoroughly cooked, juicy, and priced under five dollars. A great value!

If you need Walmart priced groceries with none of the typical Walmart chaos, this is the place for you. The deli section isn't much to speak of, but the rest of the store is just fine. It's always clean, and the staff are nice. We come here to get pretty good deals on frozen goods and produce. We also stock up on bottled spring water.
