Everything the food was good. We love the buffet and the show m. After I ate, I wanted to use the restroom. The employee directed me where to go, and the house cleaning kdy said the bathroom is locked. I was told to go outside Luau to go to a different building. Then I went outside, and I asked a gentleman if he knew the restrooms, he said on the 3rd floor. Omg! The stairs is to high just to go to use the restrooms. I will give them 3 stars. Because I have to go out to different...
The Buffet is very good, large quantity of choice of food, desserts, cold dishes, children's meals. The service is exceptional, my Mai Tai has never been empty. The show is very entertaining and it’s very good! Good job ??!
I was taken to the Disney World luau back in the 70s or early 80s, and really enjoyed it. I finally got to see that one again a few years ago, and left very disappointed. They sat us behind a post, and had changed what was a wonderful show in to more of a Disney story. Because of that, I wanted to see if the Universal version was closer to the experience I liked so much as a kid.
