I waited in this building for 20 minutes to get my food with my all day adult dining which I've used in the past and this lady has the audacity to tell me it's not activated kicks me out of the line and now I'm stuck here waiting for which I can assume will be 15 minutes.

The drink refill system is ridiculous. Spent 45 minutes in line for the food, and then spent another 10 minutes to fill up my drink. The soda fountain has people there needing to check your receipt to make sure you paid for the drink (which I obviously did, since I had a cup). Went to refill the cup again before I left, and was told I need to pay for a refill. I bought the cup today, but I threw out the receipt with my food, so I couldn’t “prove” that I purchased it today. There needs to be a better system for this

The food was horrible, I felt like a dog trying to chew through the steak. Workers aren't on top of cleaning up the tables. It smells in here. And the food literally had no flavor.
Update 7/22: currently at the ER due to stomach pains increasing since I ate the steak that day.

The meals are actually quite reasonable versus the portion size. I ordered a steak chimichurri and sofrito chicken. Both entrees alone were about $23. But the steak was tender and quite a good portion. The chicken was also a half chicken. They also don't give you cheap fillers like fries but black beans and rice with the entree.
Indoor AC seating with a restroom in the dining area. Soda fountain was also located outside so you help yourself after purchasing a cup.

If I could I would give this zero starts. Super over priced food . Rude staff . Food is garbage . I have never ever tried such bad tasting food in my life . Absolutely horrendous . They should be ashamed for serving people this kind of food for an absurd price . People compare this parks food with Disney and there is no comparison at all . I understand that they charge you a lot for food at this parks , but if they are going to do that at least give customers some decent food . Got the churrasco and again that was absolutely un edible . Disgusting
Ordering through the Mobile Order is such a TRASH system. We placed an order to be estimated to be 1:45 and says it’ll let us know when our order is prepared. Instead of letting me know it’s been prepared, we had to go into the Mobil Order line to let us know I was here, then they started the order. Mind you, it was 2:00 (15 mins past when it was ready). Terrible operation system

Good quality food for an affordable price in comparison with Disney restaurants. Also the portions are bigger, and sides are included. Free refill included. We tried the pork with beans and rice and was pretty good. As a gold member I used the VIP lounge and I gotta say it smell funny, looks dirty and old. That’s space for pass members needs an improvement.

The worst food I could eat on my trip to Orlando. Everything seems preheated. The stir-fried chicken was very dry. The old meat. Drinking machines never have gases. The only thing passable were the nuggets. IM not coming back anymore!!

The Food was horrible. The steak was undercooked and tasted like microwaved food. The rice and beans were not cooked correctly and had uncooked pieces of rice. Avoid this restaurant and save your money.

Workers look miserable did not even say Hello nor Thank You they also closed super early way before dinner time. It was 5pm went to grab a refill and all the machines were shut off by the employees. Why would a restaurant be closed at 5pm. Food was bland. Do not reccomend.
