Would give this place negative stars if I could. First of all food extremely over priced, I get its theme park food but 3 chicken nuggets and fries for $10 and 3 chicken strips and fries for $21is insane. Second the costumer service is HORRIBLE. I waited 50mins for my food and was the first person in my number 4 lane. The workers talked to everyone, and got their food that was before, and after me. I tried to ask her why mine is taking so long when people who are getting the same thing as me already got there’s (even though they where behind me) she ignores me. This happens 5 more times of her making eye contact with me and me saying “excuse me ma’am” and her flat out ignoring me and serving others. When I finally start talking louder and continually asking, she comes over rolls her eyes, I ask her why my order isn’t ready and she goes your not in the right lane. The lane I went to is the one directly in front of where I ordered and my receipt didn’t say another lane ( wish she would’ve told me this 40 mins earlier). She eventually just took my receipt and filled the order herself and then slide the tray to me and walked away. 0 stars wouldn’t recommend.

It's a good spot to go for food if you want something different than theme park food. It is still going to be theme park food but with a better twist highly recommend beef however if you're using the dining plan it's extra $5 for beef so I really like that other options.

Stay clear. Dirty. Very bad food. Noisy. Big cold space and no tables and seating areas. Absolutely no cleaning of tables.

We know park food is overpriced atleast most of the time its at least edible. I ordered the salmon salad the salmon was rock hard over iceberg lettuce, black beans from the can and a couple of tbls of corn $21.49. Kids got 2 chicken finger meals and fries, for $29. Fries at the bottom of the bucket of 6 chicken fingers. Didn' t even offer an extra plate. My advice, get a snack and get a real meal when you leave!

Park closed at 6pm. We walked forever so we could eat at Waterway Grill. We got there at 4:15 and were turned away!!! How can a restaurant that has a sign “All Day Dining” be done serving at 4:15?!?! I can understand 5ish so that customers head to the exit. Be better Sea World Restaurants

This place is amazing if you don’t enjoy waiting in line for rides, because you can now wait in an even longer food for over priced school cafeteria quality food.
Oh, and there won’t be any tables available so you get to eat while standing.

Clean and friendly staffs with a bar. Reasonable price with casual sitting area. Flavorful steak was my hobby’s favorite. The portion kinda small. Large portions of chicken tender with fries was average. Half Smoke chicken was dried, the rice was flavored but dried and hard. Chocolate cookies are always yummy, and the juicy sweet tangerines save the day. Both drink stations on have water and Pepsi available. The rest of the drink are not available. Even the ice maker is down.
Waterway Grill Bar was great. Craft beer recommended by nice young lady bar tender was spot on and she also helped us with directions and suggested venues and attractions that made our visit more fun and entertaining.

Got the food fast but the server got me and 5 of my other friends names wrong along with that the rice was terrible and my drink wasn't even potable it smelt like sewage and tasted like watered down chlorine.

I waited in this building for 20 minutes to get my food with my all day adult dining which I've used in the past and this lady has the audacity to tell me it's not activated kicks me out of the line and now I'm stuck here waiting for which I can assume will be 15 minutes.
