Cant even get an online order right. Forgot a sandwich then proceeded to finish the other orders instead of fixing there mistake. Rude manager getting in workers way. Avoid not a decent wawa.

Food is decent and all, but walking in here always takes longer than it should.

Matcha didn't taste like other wawa and security just stares and follows you around just because you're Hispanic.

Avoid this location at all cost .....they have a bad rating for a reason 💀💀
They made mistake on my order..I ordered 5 breaded strip,,they gave me. 3.I don't know if it was intentional..
I have been coming to Wawa for years. I came here to purchase coffee, I have a dairy allergy. When I went to grab the almond milk from the coffee station I noticed none was layed out. I assumed they had ran out so I spoke with Wawa employee Treasure who was working barista. This is the first time that I am notified that they up charge for almond milk and this is why they don’t keep it out for the Public to use. This is the first time I go to this specific store, All other wawas I’ve gone to have almond milk displayed. It is ridiculous that they keep almond milk, something that shouldn’t be up charged due to allergies, a new rule that I’ve never heard of. And on top of that receiving a nasty attitude from Treasure when explaining this new policy. I’ll be going to my other Wawa that had better costumer service and had almond milk with no additional charge. I will not waste my money for a store that has nasty employees. My word of advice for costumers coming here with food allergies, go to a different store. There is another wawa down the road that accommodates with no additional charge.

Don’t go here unless you have 20+ minuets to spend standing in line. They have one overworked cashier during rush hour, with a line wrapping around the whole store. Management doesn’t seem to care, and if they do call a second cashier up they act like they’re being tortured.

First bad customer service experience at a Wawa in Florida.
~1am the cashier helped a woman get the item she needed behind the counter but made her do the rest of her items on the self checkout. I got in line as she was moving to the self checkout not knowing that’s what the cashier was doing and was met with a miserable attitude. I felt bad because I thought maybe I was keeping her from doing something but then I remembered as I walked in, and while she was helping the woman she was just on her phone typing away. When I left another man got in line and was completely ignored. By the time I got well outside the building she was still typing and ignoring him. AirPods in clear as day. I get it’s overnight but no pleasantries what so ever? I drive all night all over Florida and I’ve never had a bad experience with a Wawa.
I completely understand why this one’s under 3 stars, security at the door, locked entrances, miserable cashier.

Pro Tip: To anyone that gets annoyed by the obnoxious ads that play on the digital gas pumps at Wawa, there is a way to mute the advertisement audio (without the common way of destroying the internal speaker with your car keys or plastic deli knife).
There are 8 rectangular black buttons around the LCD screen, 4 on each side. In the right column of buttons and second from the top is a hidden Mute button. It works to mute the advertisement audio only (so it won’t mute the Muzak in-store music) but it IS there and IS effective at retaining some sanity while topping up your vehicle gas at Wawa. It may be available at other fuel brands as well but IDK for sure.
I found it by accident while I was frustrated at the annoying ads and randomly pushed buttons to try and kill the ads altogether, but found the hidden Mute button instead. Thought it was a good compromise and I hope anyone reading this will too.

Placed an order through the app and waited over 30 minutes past the designated pick up time. Never had this issue at other locations.
