My order was 447, a turkey wrap, bacon and provolone cheese, mayonnaise and lettuce, they gave it to me without bacon and without cheese, the turkey was very little, order was today around 7:15 PM. I stop at WaWa's often. This one has to be, by far, the worst. If I order anything here on my way to work I'm GUARANTEED to arrive late to work because they are slow. Slow slow. It's terrible. And even when I factor in 20 minutes to drop in I'm still late for work. Happens all the time

I truly hope the assistant manager takes the time to RETRAIN his employees. I guarantee most of these reviews are based on the fact they have kids working here.

Sasha is RUDE. No accountability on her end after forgetting to call out two orders because the conversation she has having with the boys behind the counter was more important.

I come to pick up a doordash and she tells me to wait. i’m standing there for 12 more minutes and i ask another sandwichmaker about my doordash

The second person tells Xenia, who then realizes the bag has been there THE WHOLE

So ive been standing there for 15 minutes + bcuz she cant put an ice cream in a bag.

The mess up my order at least 20% of the time. As soon as you get comfortable and stop checking, that's when they forget a key ingredient, like one of the meats from your sandwich, or the cold foam from your beverage.

I work at Wawa and this Wawa has horrible customer service i was trying to order a regular matcha latte and the screen didn't have regular it only had lemonade and i put it as a special order the girl didn't even call the special order and started making it and so when i finished paying i headed over to let her know i wanted a regular instead and she gave the worst attitude when i said it nicely and she didn't even make my drink correctly. I get she wants to go home, but i said it politely.

Do not place you’re card into the gas pump machine It took all my funds in my account due the pump shutting down while using

I’ve spoken to the manager they already knew the problem why it shut down because a guest drove off with the pump still attached to the car knowing that it could cause problems to the pump machine 6 If they already knew that why check on the pump 6 or shut it down before a guest like myself got to it

We love going to this Wawa location! Lisa makes us the best drinks and we can’t imagine going anywhere else! Madelines positive personality is always a treat at the register as well!
