Out of all the Wawas I've visited, the breakfast sandwich here was the worst. Stale crossaint bread and over priced. Did not taste fresh.

Katherine the general manager accused me of stealing along with her employee Tammy. I come here every morning with my autistic son, who every morning gets a juice, a candy sometimes more. Recently they had Mario plush animals on sale & first time we bought Mario, this time we came in (with his pre purchased Mario, his pre purchased bluey doll, and another pre purchased bluey doll. Again he is autistic so he takes all his stuffed animals anywhere he goes. I was accused of stealing because the worker did not see me pay for Mario (clearly bc he was already paid for prior) I told the associate I had previously paid for Mario to where she said no and went into the GM office Katherine. I asked Katherine to look at the cameras and see where I came in w Mario, she refused. I told her she needed to look bc I was being accused of stealing, the associate said she didn’t accuse me she simply asked for my receipt; she did not. Self checkout gives an option for receipt or no receipt. I never get a receipt. But the associate had my receipt bc as she stood behind me while I checked out she printed one from the register and came up to me with her own receipt. I was told to get out of the police would be called to which I replied I was going to call them myself. A sheriff came out and asked what happened, I explained and left bc I needed to get my son to school. After that I went back and requested the officer who was no longer there, I asked the GM her name which was Katherine, and the associate who accused me was Tammy. I asked Katherine for her managers name to which she told me she wasn’t going to give it to me. I stayed and called corporate to get the name & make a formal complaint. Currently waiting on a response back. I was able to get the area managers name, which is Justin. I’m hoping Justin has better customer service than his associates do. Being a manager at one of the top 5 banks; this was not only insulting, disrespectful & embarrassing; but a TERRIBLE job with service. No form of de escalation, if you look at the camera you will see Tammy trying to hop over Katherine to hit me, pointing her finger in my face. Train your employees better, seem like a bunch of untamed animals. Sad part is how much money I’ve given these ppl bring that I literally was coming here everyday. Seems like I’ll be going to the other Wawa down the street from now on.

I recently enjoyed a regular frozen cappuccino, which was delightful and delicious. However, I couldn't help but notice that the quality can vary from location to location. Despite paying over $5 for this beverage, the experience is not always consistent. I believe it is essential to ensure fairness and consistency in the preparation of beverages, particularly regarding the quantity of milk and espresso provided to customers.

Can't say I don't feel misled. Take a look at these two photos and see if you can spot the difference. I know it'll be very tough to pick. It's very subtle.

The first 3 bites of the sandwich were just bun with mayo. Advertise a sandwich that looks like a sandwich you'd get at any restaurant with a comparable price. The chicken overlapped the bun. What I got was the smallest piece of chicken I've ever received on a chicken sandwich ANYWHERE. It barely covered half the bun. Should have been half price for that size. I'll skip Wawa on my next visit.

Did not have mobile order that I ordered I payed for . Calling me a lier even though I had a bank statement that should I ordered it the app did not Give me a receipt. Last time I will go to this wawa .
