This morning, around 6:30 to 7:00 a.m., my husband entered this Wawa near our daughter's school. While they were waiting for the breakfast they had ordered, an employee was trying to pick up a piece of apparently damaged equipment from the floor. The employee in charge of making my husband and daughter's breakfast noticed that her coworker needed help because the equipment was heavy and he needed help putting it on a cart. She left the food preparation area and, wearing gloves, they both lifted the machine that was lying on the floor and placed it on the cart. My husband noticed that the employee in charge of preparing his breakfast did not change her gloves after picking up the machine from the floor. He demanded that she change her gloves and that he no longer wanted what she had prepared. The annoyed and unapologetic employee changed her gloves and began preparing the food, while she was preparing the food, the man who was picking up the machines lying on the floor appeared again and the employee approached him and took him near the food preparation area and they began to talk to each other and in a way that my husband could not see the man approached the toaster with dirty gloves on apparently he touched my husband's food again, they both began to laugh and she thanked the man with mocking and malicious laughter. My husband who at that time was with our 16 year old daughter did not want to make a scene decided to pick up the food and continue to school to take our daughter with the intention of after dropping our daughter off at school return to speak with the store manager about what had happened. To my husband's surprise, when he returned to speak with the store manager and an employee looked for the manager, it was the same man with whom in the morning this employee had picked up the machine from the floor. The manager was surprised when he saw my husband because he already knew exactly why he had returned. Without asking any questions, he simply went to the register and refunded my husband's money. But not before tearing off the bottom part of the receipt where his name appears.I would greatly appreciate it if these two employees were investigated and given training to be able to act with dignity.

Our first experience with wawa. Food was good. Didn't know we had to pay right away using the screen to make the order. Some places u get the food and then pay. That was no problem so we did. We got the feeling that they didn't like this order we made. Cause it was a little big. They gave us all the food but no bag to put it in. I had a bag from when I bought some chips and a drink earlier while I was waiting. And I stuffed the food I had in it. And was able too. Overall not a great experience and won't be back. No big deal. Still was good food. So thanks for that at least. Service is a no.

Nice clean store. Kind of my fault for not checking, bought a milk and doughnuts. They were both out of date. Unfortunately I didn't find out til I was back at my apartment

Don't bother. We ordered for delivery and half the food was missing 😡 they wouldn't refund the money having to go through the bank. Thought we would have a good experience. We are here from the uk , and disgusted with service . In England they would have refunded immediately. I'm so angry right now how we lost all that money. Especially as we are on a budget 😡

Disgusting. The chicken I asked for never came like this and I always order this. Chicken was full of fat and hard pieces. I have never had an experience like this ever. Nasty.

Trip “Darth Vaperrr”

Freestyle soda machine? Not with my money you don’t. Walked right out won’t patronize any place that has these machines. Every soda I’ve ever had from these tastes like garbage. Now have to drive somewhere else.

I met the most awesome woman today at Wawa while at the gas pumps, Crystal, wawa's facilities worker and she has the most amazing attitude. I left smiling and laughing and will definitely stop there again just to see her again! An exceptional worker wawa!
