If you order a sandwich here, you have time to leave.Go.Wash your car, take care of some other errands.And then come back and get your sandwich. I just left mine, it looks like they probably needed it more than me. Anyway.

There's never any coffee, and if there is, it's more water than coffee and almost cold. They also always have a limited selection; it seems like the manager couldn't care less about sales. This location makes Wawa look bad compared to others.

I came to get an iced coffee this morning and as I’m ordering I see a roach in the corner of my eye just casually chilling. This location got roaches right near the Kitchen and order screens!!!!!! I’m never coming here again yall dirty😩😩😩

I don't know why this location never has a hoagie for breakfast. What they say is they don't have eggs, and it's anytime before 11am.

I went to Wawa to order a 24 oz iced coffee with almond milk, which must be prepared by the employees.
The first time they gave it to me, it was just milk, no coffee. I explained again that I wanted an iced coffee with almond milk.
While watching the employee prepare it, I saw him grab a blue-cap regular milk bottle from the fridge. I reminded him it had to be almond milk, and he said, “I already used almond milk,” which was not true. Then I saw him actually use the almond milk for another order — a matcha drink.
I ended up waiting more than 20-30 minutes for a coffee I had to throw away, because I can’t drink regular milk for health reasons.
This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I hope the staff receives better training, especially when handling specific dietary requests.

I would highly recommend double checking pumps. I witnessed someone’s vehicle overfill because it didn’t stop filling. My vehicle was almost the same. Pumps also distribute gas very slowly.
Very friendly staff. The lady at the register was very warm and welcoming. My orher came out quick too.

I am in this area for work. They have FREE AIR (1 of 2 machines will work at any given time). Lots of gas pumps so there is usually not a wait for fuel. Prepackaged hot breakfast food near the register won’t make you sick but please don’t ever resort to this. I can’t speak on the bathrooms here because I’ve never used them but based on the staffing issue here, I hope to never know. Back to the staffing: this location is extremely busy and would likely be busier except for the fact that it is ridiculously understaffed. I no longer order hot food here because the wait is maddening. In general, the bread is tasty at most Wawa’s but not enough to regularly spend over half an hour waiting. They have good teas and lemonades. They have a decent rewards program but it’s not user friendly. I did have to call the rewards cust service once and they were real people who were attentive and efficient. I recently purchased a blueberry parfait here (Wawa’s packaging) and the blueberries were the best I’ve had in a long time. Some of the other locations have recently hired security and I hope this one follows suit because I remember waiting in line once behind a woman with a huge attack dog not on a leash while none of the employees seemed phazed. Store /parking lot usually clean and self-serve areas are usually clean and well-stocked.

Ok so I ordered the new crispy ranch turkey sub today. Two things it wasn’t: crispy or ranch. Not only that but the sandwich wasn’t made as requested. I asked for garlic aïoli, Swiss cheese, black pepper, tomato, sweet peppers, lettuce.
Instead I got turkey with pulled pork mayonnaise on onions and pickles.. there was one man making the food and then a woman who came over to help. I saw her go over to the hot station and add the pulled pork to a sandwich and then she looked up at the screen looked back down and I think she realized she messed up. Because then, she finished the sandwich just threw it in the wax paper and wrapped it up. Slapped the number on it and called out my number. I was already there 20 minutes waiting for a sandwich when there were only three people ahead of me so I didn’t check it, which was my mistake. When I got back to the office and opened it, I saw that it was nothing that I ordered, which is unfortunate. I understand people make mistakes but then own up to it and re-make it. I ended up giving the sandwich away and I will likely just not return to this location.

update: my order apparently didn't show up in the system but they went ahead and made it after 1 hour, gave me a free cornbread and drink for the trouble

Worst experience I’ve had. I order a sandwich club, took 15 mins to make cause the ladies wanna talk instead of work. I approached to ask about my order to Stephanie the worker, I think she a supervisor cause it was already 10 mins and told me it was coming up, I couldn’t wait anymore so I waited outside. They thought I left so they were talking shit and my gf was there waiting the whole time. If this is the type of people you have running your food area I will never order from there again. Horrible service!!!! No sense of urgency. And there was 3 of them!!! SMH the other 2 I couldn’t see the name tags but they were short Hispanic women. And they think I don’t know Spanish but I’m puertorican so I heard what was said. Have some respect Wawa, do bettter.
