That was my first Door dash order and it was horrible. It took more than 3 hours to get my food. Driver blamed the restaurant and the restaurant blamed the driver. Food was cold and beverages had watered down.

This was the first time I placed a drive-thru order with an AI. At first I was thrown back a bit, but once I got the hang of it, I canceled the third order of chicken. I only wanted one. Otherwise, the food was great as always and fast service.

One of the worst wendys I’ve been to very dirty. All the workers are just outside smoking they don’t listen there was lettuce in my bacon fries what is the white substance?. I asked for a junior bacon cheeseburger. They gave me a chicken sandwich very dirty no receipt. They can’t answer the phone.

The young man that works the drive thru was so polite. The food was hot and fresh. I'm from Atlanta, so I see various forms of customer service and in my opinion, this is a great Wendy's. Customer service with a smile.
