The place is a bit dirty, the ceiling is moldy from humidity. The staff talks a lot and ignores customers, and it takes them a long time to take an order even though the restaurant is empty.

I come here alllllll the time after work, talk to an ai screen and go on about my day. Tell me how you are able to get that wrong at least 40% of the time, like the shit is not hard.
Me and my son was ready to make a order by drivethru and we are talking and laughing before order when the employee start to talk we start to order then she change for who we believe was the manager and he finish the order, he started our conversation as ' can you tell me why you were laughing so we can laugh to' while we were laughing as a family and not bout nobody. It's very rude as I explain the situation they all stare at me and my son for a good amount of time. Today is 12/30/24 around 8:20pm

It's fast food. One burger hot, the other warm. Fries warm not hot. I've noticed that clean up of tables and booths is lacking. Staff nice, but I think short handed or poor management. Have been to this particular Wendy a few times. Same situations each time. But think it's consistent with all Wendy's
