Went to drive thru and this guy with glasses flat out gas lights me of not having my card when literally 10 seconds he took my card like really dude and was calling me a liar. So done with the b.s. this happens on a saturday around 2:17 pm. Next time i will just sue for stealing my card.

Changed my 5 star review.The last 2x I've visited this location, they screwed up my order.Three weeks ago I was asked if I want the new bacon-whatever-burger. I said NO and ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich. I get to work, and what's in my bag? The bacon sandwich I declined. I DON'T EAT BACON. So I had to start my workday without the breakfast I paid for.TODAY, I order a 4-for-4, get home, and the nuggets are missing, but yet they remembered the BBQ sauce.Even if you don't want chicken, just go to CHICK-FIL-A anyway so they'll at least get your order right, and you'll get what you've paid for!

My first experience there was awful. They kept getting my order wrong and the whole crew was rude. Food was cold and I have a feeling they also spit on my food. Unfortunately I see in the comments I am not the only one.*Do not come to this location it is not worth the struggle*

Ordered the 50 piece Chicken Nuggets, only received 45. They were not busy. And I guess you have to have the app to get them for $10. Oh well, thought they would be better than McD's, guess they are the same.

Was going to try the baconator cheese fries and when I opened the lid, this is what I got. Soggy and grease no flavor at at. Real cheese fries don't get cheese on bottom of pan. Cheese only on top, so they don't get soggy. Service great. Was way to cold inside to enjoy eating. Eat in car.

Dave thomas would be ashamed.. Not once did I ask for a Daves single but some how I got one of those in my order. I asked for 2 jr bacon burgers and of course i didnt even have one! A bunch of double stacks... This is just one occasion out of a countless amount of times this location has somehow messed up my order and now i have to leave this review for the lack of attention in handing out these bags and making me waste $25 for a random bag. Try one of the other 4 fast food places right in the same area instead of here.

Dear heaven this place is something, I literally never give out bad reviews, but something in management has GOT to be fixed. Was at the drive through and it took around 46 seconds to have someone take our order whilst hearing random chattering over the intercom. Having experience in the fast food industry, I get it, but there was literally one person in front of us and in the morning, how it was this awful is beyond me. What I presume to be a new hire struggled slightly at taking an order as I could see certainly not what I was asking for appearing on screen and she couldn’t repeat the correct order back. Finally we were told to pull up all be it in a very rude voice, and when we got to the first window the lady told us to go to the second, which is extremely strange considering we hadn’t been cashed out. Well the person in front of us was still there, we could not move and she repeated this around 4 times before noticing. We then pulled up, and the first question we got asked was were we even cashed out, we told them no, they proceeded to leave us there and go back into the store swearing loudly. We would then go back and forward attempting to correct the order, which she then took our card, and we waited for another minute or two. We got our food, and left noticing we had a bit of extra food then we asked somehow, and decided to not even bother. Very disorganized, very unfriendly staff, extremely disappointed. For anyone working there, I feel the upmost sorrow for you.
