Very bad costumer service I have to wait 15 minutes to order my food and when was ready everything was wrong . 5 people in the kitchen and they all look like they don’t want to be there . So sad .

This Wendy's is totally disappointing. I got off in somewhat extreme conditions because we needed to buy something to eat and for my daughter to go to the bathroom because she was in a hurry. The bathroom key never appeared and I had to leave without buying anything because the line and the urgency of the bathroom did not allow me to order anything. I do not recommend it at all.

Absolutely horrible I should've read the reviews because this place needs a major overhaul with the employees and the food, soggy fries, old chicken nuggets and brown nasty lettuce 🤢 then you add the "I don't care its not my food" attitude from both the managers and employees cool don't come to me when you need your car worked on I'll give you the same "I don't care its not my car" attitude

Jessica Jessica Jessica. The biggest problem of all with service. If Jessica had a better attitude towards customers I think my experience would have been better. I think if corporate doesn't fire Jessica , man what a problem they have in the future. She was hella rude.
I waited for two hours for a dasher (super nice kept in touch ) to get thru a super long line and once at window to get my order was told “there’s no one here to make your food”. Still waiting on my refund !!

Bread was old, did not put what I asked in my burger, the machine was out of Root Beer, which is my favorite. I quest they could have screwed up worst, but I can't think of a way ? Stopped by for a chilly bowl for lunch, what I got was a bowl of bean soup with a broken up in pieces thin hamburger in it. Would it have made a difference to use ground beef in the traditional chilly made way, Oh yea.... Wendy's going down the pipe or what ?
