I go here often. Always a chill and smooth time. Always great customer service. Tonight two young ladies (Charmaine and Nala; or something like that) gave me my first bad experience. Their communication skills are terrible, which made for bad CS. If I’m running up the time, say that, but there’s a way to say it and remain professional. These two young ladies lack that skill. I asked for their names and they became combative; “but you running up our time, tho! But you running up our time tho!” I was unaware I didn’t move up enough and instead of being nice and letting me know, I get rude responses. But that’s who Wendy’s hired.

The manager thought she would be funny telling me in the drive theough, that the drinks I didn't want for my kids on vacation at 9:30 at night would be funny. In turn she sounded like an ignorant manager that should Not have her position with in the company.

Went through the drive thru to grab a quick meal. The girl who took my order was in such a rush to jump back on her phone that she didn't even take the time to stir my drink (left all the syrup at the bottom) a didn't give me a straw. I had to call for her 2 times to get a straw because she was distracted talking to her coworker and on her phone. If you hate your job, get a new one ??♀️
