I come here every morning for my French toast sticks. The staff is amazing and they always make them fresh for me. I tried a new breakfast sandwich the other day and I didn't like the Apple honey but Tiffany, the manager cleared that right up with free breakfast the next morning. This location is always clean and my favorite place for breakfast. If you haven't tried it you should!!

I normally visit this Wendy's for lunch the service is pretty good went after lunch ho urs service was horrible l ended up walking out its sad when two employees look you in your face and have no interest in taking your order final a man asked if l needed help l said no and walked out..l ended up at Burger King where service and food was very good..

I never leave reviews but couldn't really let this one go... I went to this location to get my son his birthday dinner as this was his choice for what he wanted. When I got to the drive-thru they asked me if I wanted to buy a key tag to receive free frosties for a year. I asked questions about how it worked & if there was a limit things like that. So I decided to buy one because my son loves frosties and I even bought one for him for his birthday in case he ever wanted one when I was not around. When I got home my key tag wasn't in the bag. I tried calling the store but they didn't answer so I had to go all the way back. When I got back the drive-thru was extremely backed up and the lobby doors were closed I ended up having to sit in the drive thru for a half an hour just to get the key tag that I already paid for. While I was sitting in the Drive-Thru I leaned out the window and read the fine print on the frosty poster and it states you have to make a purchase in order to get these free frosties I feel that they could have been up front about that when I was asking questions about how the program worked... Then when I asked her to just give me a medium fry since mine would be ice cold when I get home she said I would have to go through the drive-thru again for that and then I asked if she was serious she Shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say by the time I got home my soda was watered down from the melted ice and my fries were ice cold.

Order at the kiosk waited 20 minutes not get the stuff I ordered on top of that going back to ask for bbq sauce and napkins just to get attitude from employees. Store gets packed with 20 people females employees locks the two doors manager has no saying about it they just worry about drive thru

I’m so sick of having to get home and realize I’m missing an item and have to call. I mean i understand I should double check my order but sometimes when they tell you to pull up from the window and bring out your food on foot I forget. It’s a constant issue with this location I am tired of having to call and tell them they forgot something I ordered and they sound so aggravated or annoyed on the phone. I see why ppl are not eating out anymore the always inconvenienced feeling sucks after a while is not worth the stress.
Ridiculously slow and unorganized. I spent over 20 minutes waiting for my order. It didn't even show up on the order display until I asked about it. I'm pretty sure they just forgot about it.
