Timothy, one of the workers there, allowed us to order from the lunch menu when the menu wouldn't switch from breakfast. He was very kind and patient.
Lost my appetite After I went to wendy's They messed up my order I ordered chicken sandwich with egg and cheese. I went back and asked for my money back After the manger took the food back and orange juice back . Their guy manager with the painted colored nails Told me no He's not giving me my money back Call corporate. Then theycalled the police on me. I will never go back to that wendy's.

I was very impressed with the service. I have been to some other Wendy's in Florida. And so far this is the best one. The drive through was fast, the food is hot, amazing customer service. Being from Jacksonville, this is the best one. I got maple bacon and egg. Excellent!!

I ordered a croissant sandwich and potatoes this morning. It was so good, to the point that I feel like Joseph should get a raise. The store manager, Michael, is a really good manager. Very nice, polite and has awesome customer service. These things are why I only go to this Wendy's. Keep up the great work.
Customer service there are rude. Can’t even ask a question without them getting loud. I never get upset but this location is a joke. For this I give them a one star.
