I order priority meals on Uber eats. The Uber Eats driver was great. However, the hamburgers and fries were cold. I live 5 minutes from the Wendy's. I will never order again from this location.

It's been a while since I been to a Wendy's so today before work I stopped by I spent almost 20$ on a number 2 and 2/6 piece nuggets, the only thing that was kind of warm was the burger everything else cold. The nuggets tasted like they had been sitting there for hours and the fries cold. I didn't even get a receipt. I don't have the time to go back because of work but in this economy fast food places need to give better quality now I'm out 20$ and I didn't even eat . Do better .

I did an online order at 1:35 a.m. and got there at 1:40 a.m. but the intercom said they were closed. I even tried pulling up to the window and waiting, but no one came yet I saw people still in there. The store is supposed to be open until 2:00 a.m.?

(UPDATE) THEY STOLE MY CARD INFO A FEW NIGHTS AGO, AND MY MOTHERS. DO NOT GO THERE. Why I was there they were 6 cars in the drive tho and they were backed up. Then the first cars drive got out and ran to the third car to I guess get money which is fine but they did this 4 times. Then as we got to the order part this being 15mins in the line already we had to wait to order because the first car parked and the drive kept running up to the window for them to fix the order and the members of the staff allowed this any ways their were 3 other cars waiting. When we finally got to order the members of staff didnt get the order right but at this point I was already annoyed enought to were i have to get back into the line because I'm not going to walk up to the drive through window skipping the other two people in the line. After everything I was their almost thirty minutes and ended up getting the wrong order.

Place my 3 orders using the order machine, staff screw up my orders, made me pay extra for one Patti missing, too many homeless people, staff not friendly. Place sucks
I was staying at a hotel in the area and was limited to my choices. After seeing all the bad reviews, I was worried. The line went much quicker than I expected. And the young man who assisted me was extremely polite and courteous giving me lots of extra ketchup that I asked for but when I got back to the hotel I realized they forgot a spoon for the chili and the sauce for my nuggets which made it very disappointing. I was really hoping to get on here and give them five stars to help them get on top of those older reviews. Attention to detail is very important.

Lost my phone at this Wendy's had to keep asking for a small order of fries after trying to redeem my points only 1 worker was sensitive to waiting on me. I called 20 times to find out if a nyone saw my phone no one answered the phone. The response was very poor. They need sensitivity training.
