Horrible customer service! Night shift drive thru server. “Come to the window.”Then proceeded to loudly complain that I bought a coffee at midnight. With an attitude says “pull up to the door it’s 5 min wait on your coffee” Rolls her eyes ! Disgusting service. Seriously needs to be addressed

Look - I AM NOT one to write a review. However, there is a lady that clearly has issues. Takes your order by “what do you want” if they don’t have something it’s just “nope, don’t have it”. Very very rude. She works night shift and is taller. Yesterday there was only a few people working and they were struggling to get orders out. She was working the window and while 10+ cars in line - decided to take a smoke break (no gloves btw). Worst part is she did it right infront of everyone! I pulled out of line and confronted her and she cussed me out and went back inside.

Got two spicy chicken meals around 1030pm. Fries were cold, but chicken for the sandwiches was hot and fresh. No spoons or straws were given for my two frosty's.Staff was friendly. There is only one way in and out due to road construction.

The 3 employees working drive thru at 2:50pm on 2/20/24 were the rudest. After their lies and hollering I'm sure they did something to my food, so just let them know it went in the trash & they didn't get anything over on me! I will NEVER return to this location. Absolutely no reason for their nonsense, just hand me my food! Unreal!
Entranceway dirty ketch squished @ drive thru entrance way homeless sitting # door asking customers for food or change. You have to ask for key to use restroom then has a unclean smell. Dumpster area used as a homeless camp.Kid-friendliness: Not enough lightening full look on inside,Make it dreary sost not to sit in.
