Almost 9.8/10 times they never forget anything. The food and fries are always fresh and I visit different times throughout the day. Even if the line looks long the line is constantly moving so wait times are almost always short.

Do not attempt to eat breakfast from Wendy's I got a number one Maple chicken and a number for honey chicken both of them were honey when I got home I called to ask why and they tried to tell me Maple Syrup and Honey is the same thing when obviously they are two different items and all the lady could stay on the phone is I just work here I don't know but that's how we do it all the time

Went here to get my kids a quick bite to eat after school. It's been awhile we have been to a Wendys and it's the 1st time we went to a newer style building. It was nice inside and relatively clean.
We ordered our meals on the self service kiosks which was not that hard. When we went it wasn't that busy at all...but it just felt it took a little longer to prep our food but ultimately it wasn't that bad.
Food was prepped well and tasted great.

Employees are incompetent and do not pay attention to details. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on its own and a regular chicken sandwich in a combo. Of course they added the spicy sandwich to the combo bag and the regular one in a separate bag....

I've been to several Wendy's in the area and I have to say this is the best one. They don't mess up orders and the staff is super professional.
Manager with the straight long brown hair was absolutely rude . How she is a manager not sure but to each its own. She was on her phone and texting before she realized I was at the window and then didn’t acknowledge his handed my food , I had to knock on the window for my sauce and drink they forgot . Maybe it would have texted her she would have remembered ?
